To be honest, my model is the LU43V809, which is what Sams used to sell. I paid for it on June 10 2016, it was delivered on June 16 2016, and today July 25 2018 it no longer shows a picture. I've tried unplugging/replugging it and moving the HDMI cable to each port, and no matter what, there is no picture, no on-screen menu, just dark despairing blackness. I've been using it as a computer monitor to extend the display of my 4K laptop, and maybe it's just can't handle being on 24x7. But it's very disappointing nonetheless.
