Only complaint is the color. We still cannot get the picture correct. Too orange.

Was a gift and when was set up after Christmas it did not work. Am taking back to the store.

Great product for the price

Worked good while it lasted. Picture quality wasn't as good as expected for a 43" 4k, but no complaints for $250. But touching the screen, on the edge while taking it off it's wall mount, left hundreds of lines across the whole screen, making the tv unwatchable. This was not "man handled" in any way, just touched, but I guess I should've been even more careful. Lesson learned. I liked the tv while it lasted, but due to it being so fragile I ordered a different brand (TCL) as a replacement.

We were in the market to replace an old 720p LCD TV that we've had for more than 10 years (still working but wanted to move to bedroom). This Hitachi fit the bill as it includes ROKU built in and the 4K HDR was just an extra bonus. Picture is clear and easily adjustable using ROKU app. We cut the cable / satellite cord 12 years ago and haven't looked back so ROKU is a must for our family. Currently use Netflix, Hulu and borrow a relatives cable login for live sports through ESPN. All of the current apps that worked on our existing ROKU box worked like a champ on this inexpensive Smart TV. We've purchased a small Hitachi flat panel in the past from Sam's for kitchen use and have been extremely happy with that TVas well. There are ample connections for BluRay, Xbox, etc. (3 HDMI, 1 RCA, 1 USB). We really like the 90 minute DVR feature built into over the air TV. Can start watching a game live / pause and come back / skip halftime.
