You can’t pop it

I tried popping this in the microwave until there were 2-3 seconds between pops like the directions read, and less than half of the bag was popped. I tried going longer and it didn’t seem to help. When it finally did pop more of the appropriate amount it was burnt

Disappointed in product

I purchased this product because I generally enjoy the Orville Redenbacher's products. I was disappointed because of the 12 bags in the box 4 had no popcorn kernels in them. The ones that did popped well and I enjoyed. Waiting to see how many in the second box are in the same condition.

Disappointed

I’m a long time customer/lover of your product but recently I got a box and the kernels didn’t pop into popcorn for a movie night with my daughter and the entire box was like that. This is usually my favorite but I was very disappointed this time. And I checked the date and everything checker out.

Fire Hazard

Just read another review that said this popcorn was sparking in their microwave. The first time happened to our young daughter and fortunately we were home, the bag actually caught fire! Decided to test if it was the popcorn or the micro, and every bag of popcorn sparks!

Disappointed

Bags have holes in them

I purchased for my kids so they can enjoy their own bag of popcorn. The bags have holes in them which prevents the popcorn from popping. We thought it was just one bad bag but we had to keep trying until we got a bag without a hole. Not purchasing again.

Great idea- poor execution

Love the portion size & the flavor but something is going wrong in production! Half of my mini bags had the butter on the outside of the package!! Aside from losing the butter flavor, this also resulted in popcorn burning. Product is too expensive to only have 50% edible.

Mini bags fits the title

I bought 2 boxes so that I could eat a little at a time since I'm the only one that is here to eat it and half the time you cook it you either have the bag not pop and end up with lots of kernels or you end up with the bag not inflating but you have burnt popcorn

Will not repurchase

The bags leak during popping, butter all over the inside of microwave & outside of popcorn bag. The bags get so crispy I am afraid they may start on fire, yet they won't open easily. I had to use scissors to open. The butter tasted bad, like a chemical artificial bad taste. I've usually liked Orville Redenbacher, but I'll never buy these again. Good idea, bad product.

Like many others, just didn’t work

Bought one box where literally, not one kernel popped. Returned it to the supermarket and they wouldn’t refund due to no receipt but exchanged for another box. Same issue with the second box. Not one kernel popped. Went back and bought Pop Secret which turned out perfectly,

Into my 2nd box of this and it's performing similar to the first one. Some bags pop fully, others maybe 1/2 if I'm lucky. Not sure if I will continue to purchase.
