I had this for over a month and I bought it to replace my older Simpson pressure washer that was over 10 years old. The old one was 3000 psi and it finally died upgraded so my son can use it to pressure wash for his small business so far so good I like the one pull start. I would put this as a prosumer unit. With good maintenance I'm expecting to have this for over 10 years.

I bought this pressure washer and couple months ago and am glad I did. It's easy to start, powerful, and comes with everything you need to get started. It's already tackled several large cleaning jobs around my property. I would recommend it to anyone.

Easy to handle and assemble. Makes my job easy to clean debris off of my driveway and home. I am looking forward to having and using my Power Shot 60869 49-Stae for many more years to come and the nozzle set will work great when cleaning my gutters Sincerely, Glenn Smith

The machine runs well and works as expected. It is a very large unit compared to my old 3k Dewalt pressure washer. Cleans fast and I had no major issues with it while cleaning. I did have a problem with it pulling the chemical out of the bottle. Probably a user error

This washer gets the job done right the first time. A little heavy but I remove the hose when moving it and that makes it much better. Starts on the first pull and very easy to pull with my bad shoulder. This replaced my Campbell Hulsfeld I bought new 15 years ago that was a 2600.

This basically the same as my Dewalt pressure washer from 5 years ago. Same Honda Gx 270 and similar Triplex pump. The older pump failed and was mixing water with pump oil. I couldn't get the pump off the shaft because the manufacturer didn't put anti sieze grease on the shaft. So I went to remove the new pump and put anti seize grease on it and the soft 5/16” hex head bolt stripped. Three no problems but the 4th…so very disappointing that you created another failure point to keep people buying new machines when they could just replace parts.

I had never heard of the Simpson pressure washer until I searched the Internet and stumbled upon them. Great purchase and pressure washer is very powerful. Especially, the powertrain combination of the Honda engine and the AAA Triplex pump. Very satisfied.

After filling up with fluids, it cracked up on the first pull. Did an awesome job cleaning a driveway. Look forward to using it many more times. I highly recommend the Simpson surface cleaner too. I wished the manual gave instructions on how and when to change the oil in the AAA pump. The Honda engine is a beast.

Bought this to start a little pressure washing side hustle. So far has treated me good with plenty of power to clean house siding and patios. Only con i've had is in the box it was packaged in is also a quart of 10w-30 oil but on the motor it says use 15w-40. I didn't see that until my 4th time using it. Some oil is better than no oil i guess.

This is my second pressure washer, I'm very impressed with the power of this unit. I used it several hours on Memorial Day to pressure wash my house prepping for paint. With 4000 psi I had to be careful using to on a ladder, that pressure pushes you back when you hit the trigger. Honda engines are so great, starts first pull (if you remember to turn on the ignition switch)😊
