Thank you very much for your review of our Tiger Roll. Let me explain a little about the Shrimp on a Tiger Roll. The Shrimp on top is called Ebi Shrimp. It is widely used in sushi bars across America. It is thin by design to lay flat on top of a sushi roll or a piece of Nigiri Rice. Ebi Shrimp is a different experience from shrimp you would find in a shrimp cocktail or shrimp poke bowl. I hope this explanation helped and although you did not have a great experience with this roll we are grateful you tried it.
