The S&F Lux Estate Medium PT didn't work for me. It had too much memory foam that I sank into causing lower back and hip pain. I am a side sleeper and occasionally sleep on my back. It also slept hot because of all the memory foam. I exchanged it for the S&F Estate Plush tight top which is perfect and costs less.

Even though it is supposed to be "firm", the pillow top makes it more difficult to move around on and get off of the mattress. Apparently, just lying on it in the store doesn't provide a good feel for the mattress in daily use. In hind-sight, I believe I should not have chosen the pillow top style. Considering the cost, I would rethink the whole process.

When I received the confirmation that I was getting a mattress in exchange for a review, I still didn't believe it. It was delivered and set up with no issues. Lying on it initially, I thought it was too soft. But after a few days I realized it is truly amazing and I haven't slept this good in a long time!

Do not buy from this company Stearns and foster , they do not treat customers with dignity, I bought the foundation and a day later I called and said that I would like to return it because the bed I am going to buy will not need foundation, they said that they do not accept returns even a day after purchase and still in the plastic

The sleep I get is worth every penny this mattress retails for. The firmness is comfortable for both myself and my wife and we are very picky about firmness of a mattress. I suffer with low back pain, but even after 1 sleep on this matress, I could move better & think clearer because I slept so good! I did not get overheated during the night, which was amazing because we leave out thermostat a little warmed than the downstatirs, so it was a win for me! We bought the mattress for 8 month and its already saggy and we cannot sleep well on it everynight. We have tried to reach out to the customer service but the only thing they replied is the mattress was not saggy enough so they cant exchange it for us because of the policy. But its only been 8 month... This is so disappointing.

My only complaint (if any) is that it seemed to hold in body heat, so some nights are a little warmer. Other than that, I would recommend this mattress to anyone-especially those who suffer from back or joint pain. It allows the body to decompress from a hard day and remain in that position. It also does not have a lot of movement-allowing my spouse to toss and turn while I sleep soundly or vice versa.
