I've been suffering with gout last several years. Forced to take prescription medication for the extreme gout pain and maintenance, sometimes meds do not work effectively. I decided to do a cleanse because I was feeling miserable one week and suffering gout pain in my foot and ankle. After a day or two of drinking Mighty Dozen the gout pain surprisingly disappeared, so I continued drinking at least a glass a day (12oz) of Mighty Dozen (or Uber Green when I can't find MD at local stores). I've been off of my prescription medications for almost 4 months. I tested and stopped drinking Suja for a week and the gout pain mildly returned. I went back on the Suja juice immediately (morning-juiced all day) and pain disappeared (bedtime). Suja juice is a lifesaver for me and I've recommended it to my siblings that suffer from gout. I love grabbing the Mighty Dozen and Uber Greens whenever I’m at the store, but I especially love the taste of Mighty Dozen! And it’s a super easy way to get in my greens. I have high blood pressure, so I’ve been changing my diet and focusing more on getting in my daily greens, but this definitely makes things easier! This juice is very healthy. Don't expect it to taste like caprisun. I don't get why people are complaining that it has no nutritional value. This is cold pressed juice. Go eat actual fruits and vegetables if you want "nutritional value". The people complaining are unrealistic and cheap.

For about 5 years, I completely neglected my health.  I’m 39 now.  I gained 80 lbs.  I felt awful.  I was eating red meat, fast food, pastries constantly and probably eating about 5-7k calories a day.  My son told me to stop eating because he doesn’t want me to die.  But habits are hard to break.  Then I saw this juice in Sam’s club.  I bought it.  Drank it.  I realized after a few days that I had been in a fog for years.  I feel mentally alert.  I feel like myself.  I’m ready to do a 30 cleanse and hopefully loose 30 lbs.  Suja MD may have saved my life.

I'm almost 60 years old and working in a warehouse up to 11 hrs a day, walking around on concrete floors. Most of my co workers are under 30 but I keep up with them no problem. Due to the physical nature of the work, it's very important to me to stay healthy. Sometimes I don't have the time or money to prepare meals with fresh fruits and vegetables. Drinking MD is my way of making sure my body has more of what it needs to repair itself. The taste is delicious. Yes, you can taste the bitterness of the greens and other ingredients but it's offset by sweetness from fruit juice.

I was shocked to find out that this organic fruit and vegetable drink was actually delicious. I cannot tell you how many times I have bought something that is supposed to be healthy, only to throw it out because it was awful tasting. I bought two bottles knowing that I could pawn them off on my neighbor's kids if I didn't like it. They love everything healthy. This one I'm keeping to myself.

I drink this in the morning, I feel green juices usually give me energy. I love that this was something I can grab and go. It was very tasty I expected it to be much sweeter than what it was and i was actually happy that it wasn't too sweet and has NO added sugar!

I have juiced at home and used powdered 'green drinks' as supplements since I do not eat enough fruit & veggies. It is pretty messy to juice at home, not to mention that you have to buy and clean all of the fruit and veggies. The powdered drink I used was a very good supplement, but a bag with 30 servings is about $100, and it is gritty and takes some getting used to. The Suja Mighty Dozen is a good and easy alternative, and tastes like the juice I would make. I take an 8 ounce glass in the morning as I am heading out the door to start my day. Very pleased. If you are getting this and expecting it to taste like a sugary fruit drink, don't bother. It is a green juice, and it tastes like green juice. Read the label. The fruit helps, but does not completely mask the veggies. Drink it a couple of days and you will adjust.
