If you have issues swallowing large pills these probably aren’t for you. It’s a little too early to see any results but I have high hopes!

I have not noticed any fishy aftertaste because of the lemon essential oil that is added into the supplement. These gelcap's are slightly larger than the ones which I have taken before but I didn’t notice a difference when swallowing them. The benefits for the heart, brain and general health make this worth using.

I haven’t noticed any of the fishy burps that happens with some omega supplements. Should note if you smell into the container you will get that fish smell, but not on their own. Overall good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What I value is the fact that they source the omega 3 from wild Alaskan fish, meaning that the waters are safe and not contaminated with radiation. The capsules are easily digested (no stomach discomfort or nausea) when taken with food. In addition, there is no unpleasant aftertaste. I keep them in my refrigerator, away from direct light (the compounds inside the capsules are affected by light and temperature)
