[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Item not as described, only a 1000 watt microwave not 1100 watt plus the front panel looks nothing like the picture in it's description.

I moved into a house that didn't have a built in microwave so I bought one. It does exactly what I need it to do. And it goes well with the other Frigidaire appliances I bought.

Very difficult to figure out how to do anything on the microwave! I have trouble setting the clock & the 'baby proof' door fix...doesn't work. It also keeps turning itself off...the power just randomly goes out, & it's not usable.

This microwave has far exceeded my expectations. It defrosts and cooks things perfectly. I'm very pleased with this purchase and would recommend to anyone looking for a smaller sized microwave that looks nice if you have either black or stainless appliances .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave oven is the opposite of convenient. The door latch button function is very finicky. The door will not open unless you clear all functions. The lack of responsiveness on the touchpad makes it difficult to clear the functions. Once the functions are clear, the push button that opens the door mechanically requires a lot of force, at an exact pressure location. For a 1100 W microwave the performance is marginal at best . In 40 years this is the most inconvenient Very disappointed! countertop microwave I've ever owned.

I bought this microwave during the Black Friday specials, I just opened the box a week ago and set it up, I just used it for the first time and when I went to open the door it wouldn't open and was stuck. It's a struggle to open the door, don't know why but I've had other microwaves in the past and never had this issue.

I bought this microwave for my son's home. His previous microwave sat above his built-in oven. The oven door opened easily when putting the plate of food to reheat; the door hung up at the top. As soon as it was pulled out of its cubby hole and placed on the stool below its perch-the door would open. Weird I know-but it happened numerous times-we began calling the stool magical.

So far do good. It's loud, but I can deal with that. The opening of the door is awkward. You have to give the button a firm push for it to open on its own. Most times you'll need your other hand to pull it open. There is no handle on the door either. Otherwise, all is good!

I have been using this microwave for several weeks now and I have had no problems with it. For both short food warm-ups and long time food cooking it has performed well. The only disappoint I had was with the delivery that took longer than promised but I understood that it was the holiday season, everything was backed up. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

First it was delivered to an empty house where a relative was working in the yard & when I walked up to pick up my box the relative of the deceased person jumped all over me as a thief, my name was on the box, wrong address for delivery. Second the clock on the front is too bright that some of that glare I wish was used to illuminate the control panel which is NOT lit at all. It would be nice if those could be seen in the dark. It is lovely otherwise, it works very well, fits perfectly where the old microwave came out and that was very important feature since the place is built in. The power is great for my use , the price was good and I am pleased with this purchase.
