This microwave has been working great for us in our new home. I even bought one for my daughter and her boyfriend's house. We live it!

Microwave is awesome only use it for quick heat up food

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The child lock is supposed to be something we can deactivate but the written instructions and the visual instructions are totally different steps and neither work so EVERY SINGLE TIME you want to open the door you have to push STOP first then push the open button so decades of not having to do that means automatically pushing OPEN first cussing then pushing STOP then OPEN then stirring your food and accidentally hitting stop instead of start because they are on opposite sides than normal microwaves so now you have to remember where your time was and start all your over. And the button panel is totally dark so even with the door open you can read the panel buttons with bringing a light to it or the room itself. Otherwise it works great.

This microwave was a great price for its size. As for functionality, It does take some getting use to because you must hit the "End" button before you are allowed to open the door. I personally do not like that. I was a little disappointed when I opened the box because I expected a stainless steel microwave. While the front of the microwave is stainless steel, the sides are black. I decided that is something I can live with for the low price. Overall I am pleased with the purchase.

The microwave works okay. It's much louder than my last one. It's lightweight so it slides on the counter when you push the buttons or try to open or close the door. Also it has a large ugly black and white sticker in Spanish across the entire top of the unit making it an eyesore in my kitchen. The sticker is not easily removed. If I had known any of this before my purchase I would not have bought this microwave.

I'm very disappointed I could of got a less expensive one I ordered this one because in the features it listed at 1100w but really is only a 1000 w, I already have a 1000w microwave, I was upgrading it so I thought, Ido like the black and silver, old one was red so I did update my color, it looks good in my space and it works so I'm keeping it, disappointed

Microwave works fine but came with a dent on top of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave worked a total of 3 times before the door would not open by pressing its release. Then it started operating on its own without any countdown. By the time I got the door open because I'm not leaving my food or my glass cookware inside I had to pry it with a screw driver. Only to see the microwave was no longer even working as a cooking function. You see no activity while looking inside the door latch receiver when pressing button. This is the poorest quality item I've ever purchased in my life and I'm undoubtedly returning it. I will go to an appliance store from now on. Oh and also it is the loudest, most vibrational microwave I've ever seen. My gf asked if we could keep it just so she could sit on it when she was bored.

I bought this microwave because of other reviews. They had good reviews and I trusted it. After having it for a few months, I can honestly say it's a horrible microwave! The instructions are NOT helpful to set up the right time. The child proof button sucks and there's no way to bypass it. and the WORST PART is the plastic image piece for the numbers and cook times is peeling off (see the pic). I regret this purchase so much! Please find a GOOD QUALITY microwave! This is NOT IT!

This is a piece of junk! I haven't had it for 3 weeks and the buttons don't work. I have to pull the plug to shut it off. I sent s.a.m.s. a email on how to get my money back and haven't heard back yet. Still waiting.
