Hose is pretty lightweight and tries to kink but it’s easily manageable and straightens itself out. Haven’t had it very long so can’t vouch for the longevity of it. I like it so far.

Have been looking for a Garden hose which will at least last. We aren't hard on Our Garden/Yard tools, but most just don't last more than a season if Your lucky. Most of the Hoses sold today are those plastic/poly style which loose their flexibility quickly, and become unruly. In the later years We have purchased several of those hoses with the fiber/cloth exterior, which have been great overall. But after about a season, the transition connections at either end of the hose usually start leaking. So We are trying this design hose, which has been good to date. Perfect length, lightweight, flexible/no-kink, and the end connection points seem to be sturdy. The external metal cover doesn’t seem to get hot either. We have 2 notes to share as follows which are ... during Your initial use You may wish to wear some light gloves. Your hands may get a little dirty/smudggy/black, but never had an issue after. Our initial hose order came, so We unpacked, and commissioned it only to find a defect onthe sleeve. The external sleeve seperated about the midway point of the hose. So We returned, and reordered with success. Super nice hose ... lightweight, flexible, and the connection points at each end seem sturdy to date. Check's all the boxes for Us.

After trying other brands of hoses, I finally found one that works like it should. I can’t believe how easy this hose is to move around. It really is lightweight and does not kink. It winds up on my hose reel without a problem. I especially like that I can turn the water on and off at the end of the hose. This saves a lot of steps when changing from nozzle to sprinkler. I can also adjust the water flow for the sprinkler without running back and forth to the spigot. Great hose

We love that the product fits in a smaller space than the last one we had and that it can reach areas of our yard that were unable to be reached before.

I believe I already submitted a review - again, I measured the hose and it was quite a bit shorter than 75 feet long. I had previously measured the distance I needed to cover and it was about 10 - 11 feet shorter than I needed. The nozzle is fine and works well. It is light weight and there were no kinks !

Not like the picture. Hose does not have the shutoff valve. Small diameter hose. It did come with a hose nozzle which is a plus.. Watch your step!.If you step on it it will roll.

The hose seemed fine, but I needed a 3/4 inch opening.

Love the quality of the product however I bought it because it have a shut off valve and that is not true. It does not have it. The shutter is not included. It have a sprayed nozzle only. Which is great and high-quality, but not what I needed and it not what Advertised

I ordered a hose with an on/off valve. The picture of the hose clearly shows the valve. I have now received 3 hoses, none with a valve. Customer service says that the valve is not in the description but it is in the picture of the hose. They have since changed the picture. Customer service is useless. You cannot understand them and they cannot understand you. Request for a manager or someone who can understand the problem go unanswered. They offered to credit me $10.00 to buy a valve but when I asked where is the $10.00 credit no one knows what I am talking about. You are put on hold in order for the agent to find the answer and then someone else picks up your call and knows nothing about what happened previously and wants to start all over again. This is after being on the call for over 20 minutes. The last person asked me my name, address, email and order number 3 times during our call. The whole customer service is a joke and a waste of time.

wrong item was sent, this shows hose with a shut off valve, what you get is a hose with an spray nozzel, not what i wanted, now they sent another to replace it and it is wrong again ,same problem, what to do or put up with, well i do not know, normaily sams club is better than this, this is a gift that will not make it on time, very disappointed.
