Bought one blue and one grey. The blue arrived without the luggage tag and the zipper on the outer side sticks sometimes. Otherwise, we are looking forward to using these on our next several trips. They look roomy and sturdy enough. Great price for all that is included.

Suitcase was smaller than advertised. Only outside measurements were given and I couldn't fit 2 days worth. If suitcase was full, you couldn't get laptop in the front pocket. I wanted to like it because it was a great price. Returning it

Exceeded expectations. Love the front compartment for laptops. We were able to get 2 laptops in the front compartment.

We were flying out west and had several connecting flights. This was the perfect carryon when you went from one plane to the connecting flight.

I loved everything about this suitcase until my international trip. The material cracks easily. This is not a luggage for heavy-duty load or traveling.

I was so excited to use this for a trip this summer. But unfortunately the shell cracked on the first use. Thankfully, I was able to return it in the store without a problem. Otherwise, it had all the features I was looking for.

Only one of the handle heights works—and it's too high for me (at 5"4') the plugs for the lower height rest on TOP of the suitcase (not in a hole on the telescopic handle), which means if you pull up on the handle, it will fly up despite the fact that you are not pressing the button. Not sure if this is a lemon, or if they all are made like this. Bag itself looks great but the interior lining stinks, literally. It's also quite heavy, but on par with some other luggage in the same style.
