These sheets seem wonderful, thick and good quality, and they were for awhile...but I just noticed that they are now thread-bare in spots. I've had them for about a year and a half, but half the year we use flannel sheets. Maybe it is unrealistic of me to expect more than a year of use, but I don't think I will buy these again.

If you're into buying sheets every few months, these are great! I've bought three different sets hoping they would last, because let's face it, the price is good and they sure are soft. Every single time they rip and shred way too quickly. Buying a nice set of more expensive bed sheets will save you money in the long run.

These are GREAT sheets, however, they are a bit "sticky", meaning they are not super smooth sheets, if that kind of thing even matters to you... the thread count seems high, they are very nice sheets, but if you like smooth satin-like feel, these are not for you. For example, my pajamas kind of stick to the sheet as I climb in and out of bed, if that makes any sense... You'll LOVE these sheets if you're not as picky as I am.

I bought two sets of these sheets and both fell apart within 6 months! The fabric actually wore holes in it! It started with me observing thin areas that wore down to holes within a short time. I've bought other sheets from other companies and I never had this problem.I would not buy again.

When I first put these sheets on, I was impressed with the quality for the cost. Every night, I would start mildly itching and thought it was all in my head because I had washed them before use in my normal detergent. I literally kept them for weeks before mentioning the itchiness to my husband who said he has been feeling itchy as well but wanted to keep me happy with the purchase. I have literally fought sleep for weeks with itching, just to find out it wasn't in my head. Something the sheets are made of are causing this, we've never had this problem with anything else. It is almost like a fiberglass-causing itch. I did research and some sheets are made with fiberglass now. For the record, I do not have sensitive skin. Could be a bad batch but I would not recommend.

These are great sheets. The washing instructions on many products (including these sheets) have changed to say "NO FABRIC SOFTENER" . Apparently, fabric softener causes the fabric to thin and disintegrate, which is why some people may complain about shredding. I had a very expensive sheet set and this happened to me. Your brain wants to add softener to make your bedding more cozy, but it is destroying your fabrics. We are now using wool dryer balls to control static and the sheets do come out soft. I hope this helps someone!

I bought three sets of sheets when they were on sale in 2020 and left them in the linen closet indefinitely. I finally opened and used one set for a few months. The bottom sheet literally came out of the washer shredded one day. I thought it was a fluke and threw it away. I took another king set out for guests last month. When I unfolded them, the top had cuts all the way across where it was machine-folded. I contacted the online chat and was told it was too late to correct the problem. (The first chat agent was so impatient I disconnected.) I'm really disappointed with Sams, the product and the service.

These sheets have a terrible smell as packaged. I ordered two sets. Both had a bad odor but not the same bad odor. But after one washing the bad smell is removed. The sheets fit a deep mattress and are pretty much wrinkle free. They are comfortable to sleep on.

I have purchased these sheets twice now and have had to return them each time for ripping. The sheets are nice and comfortable but have came either unsown at the edges or ripped somewhere on the sheet each time. I have had no problem returning the sheets for an exchange or full refund however.

I purchased these earlier today. I was on the fence with these and the more expensive Egyptian cotton, but thought "what the hey, Sam's usually makes a good product." WRONG! These are terrible. I washed them and put them on my bed and crawled in. They feel like sandpaper or a burlap sack. Needless to say, I crawled right back out of bed and into the spare bedrooms bed. They will be going back to the store in the morning! Hopefully the non-Member's Mark brand will be better. This is disheartening as I read so many great reviews. And people saying they get softer with each wash....I'm not willing to wait and see if that ever happens.
