Phoenix Warehouse needs a class in packing

My order was packed incorrectly, and the Folgers Coffee was in the shipping box, not the container it was processed in. The vitamin water broke open, and now Folgers has a new flavor. The manufacturer needs to be aware that the seal and lids may come apart during shipping. My replacement was packed in packing paper, and no harm was done to my first cup in the morning.
