I am so glad to find these reviews that Folgers is tasting and smelling different to others. We have drank Folgers for years and now I am searching for a new coffee to come close to what Folgers use to be like. We have bought multiple Folgers canisters from various stores over the last few months but it is only getting worse. The last canister was so sour smelling that we had to immediately throw it out. I wish Folgers had not changed their recipe or process. Please go back to the way it use to taste and smell!

ever since i was a little boy i drank Folgers coffee.When i went to Iraq to work ,there was no Folgers.I came home on r&r and when i went back there was Folgers IN Iraq. I did share with soldiers and co=workers and LIFE was great.The BEST part of waking of waking up is FOLGERS in YOUR CUP.

I 100% agree with the review from mictrust. And I never leave reviews but after reading that one and then the response that it could somehow be someone else’s fault, I knew I must write to say we are experiencing the SAME. I have been a long time Folger’s drinker as well,30+ yrs, even telling my friends “I’ll put my Folgers up against your “5bucks” any day!! But the last 2 canisters I bought have been horrible. Like drinking hot water with NO taste. We keep a canister at home, and one in our classroom at church….and we buy the big ones. I’m guessing we will have to buy another brand to mix with them or simply toss. I got on the site hoping to find an explanation of some sort….like maybe something happened to cause this fluke and all will be back to normal soon. Please someone help! The best part of waking up is no longer Folgers in my cup.

I just read Shane’s review saying the blend has changed. I am about out of coffee in my current Classic Roast can, so opened a new cannister and smelled the aroma. So different. Without telling my husband anything, i had him smell the newly opened cannister. “Smells different”, he commented, and he said it’s not a good smell. “The smell I enjoy is nothing like that” I am not sure what’s going on, but sure doesn’t smell as good as it used to! Please don’t mess with the coffee blend. Is it chicory? Too much Robusta? A corporate decision to try to fool us by using lower quality ingredients and to make more money for the corporation in this way will sully your otherwise good name, and will cost you a ton of customers.

I used to blend different coffees and grind my own, but since I tried Folgers Classic, I liked it so much that I stuck with it. My sister told me her favorite is Folgers Columbian blend so I tried it. Tomorrow will finish off that can. Thursday I get back to my Classic blend. Keep that one in production. It's the best pick me upper on any morning. I drink about 8 cups of it a day.

I've been drinking Folgers for 50 years now and have never found a better coffee. I've been to the best restaurants around the country ( most of them use Folgers as well) and even tried other brands while I lived in Seattle but none has ever been able to compare to Folgers. I end up giving other brands away unfinished and go back to drinking my pot of Folgers a day.

I am so happy I found this flavor coffee! I know it is just the Classic Roast but it has the best flavor to me! Since I have tried it 6 years ago I have never strayed! I am a faithful consumer and want to thank you for making every morning refreshing to me! Especially being the fact that I am an above knee amputee..I need a little pick me up before I attempt to put my leg on every morning!! Thank you!!!!

To me, this is the coffee that you can drink every day for years to come. It’s predictable, smooth and tastes great! I enjoy this black or doctored up with some flavored syrups. It’s really delicious

i have been drinking folgers for about 40 years. it was my late moms choice of coffee, and it became mine as well.i don't want to speak until i have had my folgers. and thats the gods truth. i would love to do a jiggle for u but i don't know one right off hand i.will always buy this brand. because the best day of waking up is with folgers in your cup.

Started drankiung coffee when I was 4. Drank it with my grandad I'm 71 and drank at least a pot a day. I was in the navy for 22 years. Drank enough to float a battle ship.Yes I will say I have drank other brans but I allways come back to Folgers.I can see it now the last thing I'll do just before I take my last breath I'll drank a cup of Golgers.
