Newly purchased can of this has clogged my coffee maker. It is ground finer than previous ones and now won't go through my drip coffee maker causing it to overflow. I have used this for years and same pot, same filters. I tested the coffee maker with straight water and the coffee maker works fine. I tested coffee and it just fills up and won't go through the grounds..

My family it’s only Folgers. My mom bought 12 large classic roast and I bought 3. And tore but 2 different locations. Brewed exactly the same but my grounds smell terrible! Like a nasty rancid burnt . Before you brew it . After it tastes horrible . Worse than a bad cup of coffee. Literally makes me nauseous. Did I just get the bad batch? Or is this the way it is now?

Something has change. Have been a Folger classic blend drinker for 30 plus years. It has changed to now being very bitter, burnt, chemical tasting coffee. Thought it maybe my bunn coffee maker. Bought new one. Still nasty coffee that we can not drink anymore.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So the Folgers classic roast coffee is the brand of coffee that I drink on a regular basis. What I like about this Folgers classic roast coffee is that it is packed full of flavor and I like that it's in between a dark roast and a light Roast. I also like that this copy really wakes me up in the morning but it doesn't leave me feeling wired with too much caffeine so it's a perfect mix of an in-between flavor.

I have always enjoyed Folgers Classic Roast and would never buy any other kind of coffee, but for about six months now the classic medium roast has changed. The taste of it is more of a bold flavor that is almost bitter and not smooth like it used to be. What have you done to my favorite cup of morning coffee? I have been forced to buy a different brand of coffee and still cannot find anything that compares to the coffee that I have enjoyed for so many years. Whatever you have done to the classic roast medium could you please make it like it used to be, I would like to come back to Folgers and enjoy my morning coffee.

For over 3 decades I have made Folgers Classic Roast my go-to daily morning coffee. Oh I have tried many brands of other coffees and many of them are excellent but I have literally made and consumed hundreds of pounds of this coffee. If I had not tried this brand I would get myself a reliable coffee maker and try some out ! You will not be disappointed !

I've been using Folgers long enough to remember several kinds of Can, even the rascals that took tools and patience to open properly . Freshness was/is the key, though, and the steel cans were the absolute best for that, but maybe not so great in other ways. The new Red plastic cans with the handle are neat, but once the seal under the lid is peeled off & removed, the lid doesn't always fit tightly. I've taken to buying the little10.3 Oz cans to maximize the freshness of my open coffee.. Even Filling my larger can with one of those at a time. Also, I like to make my own blend of Folgers by using two large scoops of Classic and one scoop of The Darker Columbian to customize. The cans, however, all look very similar, and my wife finds that stores mix the stock poorly on the shelf resulting in that she occasionally buys me the wrong blend for my home mix. It's all good ., because I like 'Em all, but it would seem to be a no-brainer for Folgers to put different colored lids on the various blends. No more errors in stocking shelves or filling my Coffee Order . Just Sayin' ....

Folgers Classic Roast has always been a favorite for generations in my family. We love the classic smooth taste. It has a great aroma that fills the house. It reminds me of waking up to the aroma all through the house growing up and it's even better in the winter around the holidays because it brings back more wonderful memories. I always buy the largest can not just for us but for family and friends that show up at our door. I also get a can of Folgers Coffeehouse Blend for those hard days when I need an extra kick. Folgers is the best

I'm 45 years old and have been drinking Folgers since I was 8. After moving to Kenya, East Africa, in November of 2023 for permanent missionary work, it really hurt that I couldn't get my Folgers here. A friend from back home recently brought me a can of my beloved Classic Roast. I couldn't open it fast enough! But, the smell and flavor that I have grown up with and deeply crave is no longer there. What was once smooth in flavor and carrying a heavenly aroma has been replaced by brutal bitterness and smells like an old ashtray. Something very bad, very evil, has happened here. Please unchange whatever has been done. If so, I can have other visiting missionaries bring to what has been such a dear part of my existence with them when they come.

I am 65 and dink Folgers Classic, now from my Keurig. Even though I am born & raised in Texas but like a little Cajun coffee every now & then. Folders Classic is the Tops. I miss the old days when I was a kid and what I called old men then, not now, sipped coffee from saucers. I would see them in the cafe' & drug store.
