I have been drinking Folger's coffee since I started drinking coffee and I am now 80. Recently it started tasting very weak and without flavor. I use a Bunn coffee maker and have tried increasing the amount of coffee I use but it still tastes off. I buy 3 large cans at a time for me and my guests and keep it refrigerated after opening as I always have. Please help fix the problem as it has always been our favorite coffee.

I grew up drinking coffee at a very young age. It help kill the water taste. Even though we live in a small town our family didn't get city water until after my dad passed away in 1991. Longtime Folgers Classic drinker here. Never have had an "anomaly" experience as indicated by some reviewers. Instead, I've experienced tried-and-true reliability with each canister of this blend. I trust Folgers and this fine product to help me start the day. Looking forward to sampling one of the 'Noir' blends soon.

I was buying Country Roast for many years, & we Loved it. A few months ago, the supermarkets in this area only had Folgers Classic Roast. We needed coffee, so we tried it. It is absolutely awful! We have gone to other supermarkets trying to find Country Roast and it is nowhere to be found. I was going to buy it directly on your site, but I dont see it...why would you discontinue the best coffee ever? Well you are about to lose another household of Folger's customers. The Classic Roast is So Bitter, even adding cinnamon doesn't help. It really is a shame.

I have been drinking Folgers classic blend for over 20 years. The last canister I bought didn’t have that fresh aroma and smelled really rank. My husband, who is not a coffee drinker, even noticed and asked if I had switched brands and said the smell was horrible. The flavor is also harsh, not smooth like in the past. Stopped by the store today and bought another canister as well as the k cups. The new canister also had that rank smell. K cups have that harsh tasteWhat has changed?? Please go back to the original classic blend. If not, I’m going to have to find a new brand of coffee.

i am over 50 and have been drinking this for most of my life. the only problem i have is when the packages went from steel cans to plastic the coffee seemed to become a little bitter and i cant store my bacon fat in plastic. but it is still the best out there.
