Texas Roadhouse Rattlesnake Bite seasoning was a pleasant surprise. It smelled strongly of red peppers and I thought it would taste very strong but it did not. A dry blend of cheese, peppers and garlic made a great dipping sauce by adding Mayo and sour cream. I think this will be a great seasoning for chicken. I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t sure of options to use the seasoning.

I’ve only had the opportunity to use this spice once. Though it was good it was a little too spicy for me. My husband seemed to really enjoy it though! I tried it on some chicken but thinking I’ll try it on homemade fries!

Never really heard of this spice before. It has a good blend of cheese and pepper. It’s spicy but not good on meat. Best way for it on baked items. Overall it added a good tech flavor to you food. I would definitely recommend it

This seasoning is full of flavor and spice. You can really taste and smell the cayenne pepper, bell pepper, garlic and cheese. Makes a good dry rub but remember it’s got a good kick so I add other seasonings as well.

This seasoning is awesome! It is so flavorful and it is a unique flavor too. The mixture of cheddar cheese, garlic and cayenne makes this irresistible. I have a hard time not putting it on everything! It packs a flavorful punch!

This seasoning was a hit in our house! We used it on steaks and ribs and everyone loved it. The flavor was very tasty. I would recommend this seasoning to be added to your spice cabinet! We will definitely buy more.

I made the dip recipe on the bottle. It was awesome spread on a burger. Also great for dipping raw vegetables and for onion rings. The spice is somewhat hot at first taste but has an even hotter after taste.

This adds so much flavor to my steaks. It is amazing and the compliments I get when I add this from my guests makes me feel like a master chef. The opening allows me to easily spread the spice evenly.

if you like add spicy kick and flavor of cheddar cheese this is great blend of spices to try! First time trying it and I loved it! I will definitely purchase again! Great to make dipping sauce and eat with some tortilla chips!

Good all around seasoning to use on a variety of meats. I first used it on chicken which made it taste excellent I also used it on beef one time and it was good as well not too spicy not too salty either good seasoning to have in your cupboard.
