I used to wake up with shoulder and neck pain, but I feel this bed properly supports me when sleeping and I no longer experience any aches after sleeping. The only thing negative I can say about the mattress is that you don't want to get off of it in the morning.

This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

My husband and I are so pleased with our split king mattress set, I'm a side sleeper and he's a back sleeper and the medium firm mattress is perfect along with the adjustable base. We had previously owned a Queen Stearns and Foster which served us great. We were able to move my husband out of a medical bed earlier as part of his recovery because of this bed.
