Very worried about too much foam and heat. We did a lot of investigating and felt that Stearns & Foster had a product we could embrace. It has only been a week but the change over has been very flawless. We are both very comfortable and can tell the quality of the mattress is high end. Hopeful we will continue to be happy for many years.

This mattress has totally removed the pain in my left hip. I did not expect it to improve my night's sleep as much as it has.

Our previous bed was a Sterns & Foster; I wanted a high end bed with amazing comfort and it was and lasted a very, very long time. When I got the previous mattress the warranty was 20 years I think, and when they took it away it was like new. There was no sagging, no marks (due to the mattress pads), nothing wrong - just time. We decided to give it a go again. We are very pleased with everything. Delivery was great and the delivery communication.

The edge support is great and doesn't sink keeping you stable as you rise to a standing position. I now wake up with no back pain, well worth the money ,Stearns and Foster sells an elite product. It is very supportive and comfortable. This is our favorite mattress. We are 70 & it supports our back, hips, and knees very well & comfortably.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Estate lux medium pillow top was purchased because my lar magread was temperpedic and it was too soft. The quality is great on this mattress but the medium feels very firm I am hoping it breakers in before the 90 day trial is over.

Thought the Soft Pillow Top would be too soft, but No. From the very first night, we have slept extremely comfortable and restful throughout the night, unlike our old mattress. By far the absolute worst customer service experience that I've ever had. I ordered a Lux Estate PT Firm, based upon other reviews and the Stearns & Foster telephone sales reps recommendation. Everyone was saying that "even though it's designated "Firm-It's more like a medium". Well that couldn't be further from the truth. It is as hard as a rock. I've been trying to initiate a return/exchange for almost a month, and have gotten nothing but grief. The returns dept tells you one thing, the sales dept tells you another. I've after dozens of calls, and at least 12 hrs total spent communicating with reps from both departments. I still have not gotten any resolution. Meanwhile, my back is broken from sleeping on this slab of rock they call a bed. I couldn't be more miserable. NEVER AGAIN! Next step will be to call Wells Fargo and dispute the transaction.
