Really bad. Cooked the right amount of time and still stuck inside the shell. Half of them were a weird brown color and not orange after being cooked and they also had a weird taste. We threw half away.

We cooked these up with a seafood boil including shrimp & kielbasa. The crab legs come in small clusters and were easy to pull apart. The flavor was good..

I had high expectations for the crab legs from Sam's, but the quality was subpar. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of expectations, and I won't be buying them again.

We always buy this bag for crab night but we were highly disappointed with the quality now. Some legs and claws are a pretty color and the other half is brown and not appealing. Portions are not the same.

When I opened them to rinse and cook, some of them were black and disgusting-looking. I ran to Publix to purchase more as guests were expected soon. Won't buy there again.

These were terrible! We've purchased several times in the past and was tasty. This time there were chunks of ice inside , the claws were all broken, lots of odd black spots on them and didn't taste as good.

These crab legs are the real thing. This bag contained 3 clusters and an extra claw, well worth the price and way cheaper than a restaurant. The instructions say to rinse them in cold water to remove ice, then boil for a couple of minutes. I did that, and they were perfect. Not soggy or soft. Shells were crunchy and easy to crack. And the huge meaty chunks melt in your mouth. I will be a repeat consumer of these!

These crab legs are the 3rd time we purchased multiple bags and they were terrible! There are so many broken, they are so small and have black all over them, and a lot of scrap. We had to make an extra bag to have enough because of all the trash pieces. Same thing for our Thanksgiving, we always do crab, last years were garbage, we thought maybe its a one time thing as we used to get decent crab from Sam's, not any more, and the price keeps going up but the quality plummeted. Its awful when you have guests and this is what you have to serve, so disappointed. It's disgusting that you know your selling such an inferior product yet continue to rip people off.

I enjoyed the snow crabs. I've purchased them twice this month. It is a pretty good price. It matches or is better than our local HEB except when HEB has them on sale. The last package contained more partial clusters with some legs missing. They tasted great. Preparation recommended on the package is very simply. You don't have to defrost the crab before heating them.

My family eats crab legs on a monthly/biweekly basis and I have purchased these before. The first bag was incredible, they had full, sweet delicious flavor and we were impressed. My daughter asked to purchase again because she really enjoyed that she was able to cook them on her own. When we sat down for dinner and began cracking the legs a majority of them were empty or had just a slight line of meat inside. We ended up ordering dinner which meant we had a 40 minute drive because we live rurally. I spent way more money than a Wednesday night dinner for a family of 5 should cost and my kids were so disappointed. I let them eat what they could and I didn't have dinner that night. What a bummer!
