Also - we can put 2 different detergents in at the same time and tell the washer to choose which one to lose. The touchscreen is also easy to navigate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Bespoke Washing machine makes perfect laundry easy. My wife and I love our new washer. The controls, display, large stainless steel drum, tempered glass door, and navy steel finish are definitely high end. The machine is easy to use with several preset and adjustable wash modes for all types of laundry. The automatic detergent and fabric softer dispensing feature eliminates measuring of detergent/softener, timing the addition of fabric softener, and messy spills. Both of the auto dispense reservoirs hold a large amount of liquid so we don't have to worry about constantly refilling them. The unit runs very quietly and I have noticed that my laundry is cleaner and smells fresher. I stacked my washer and dryer using the optional stacking kit and it is worth noting that the washer is only available with the door hinge on the left and is not reversible. A cool feature available with the stacking kit is the ability to control dryer from the washers display which is handy for people who are shorter or might have trouble reaching the controls on the dryer. The 20 year motor warranty shows that Samsung is confident in the reliability of this product and I look forward to using it for many years to come.

I really like the different load settings, the super speed was is my favorite, it washes the load in no time and the clothes come out clean. I like the large Capacity to was king size bedding. The blue color makes the laundry room pop with color!

Had this washer for three months so far, and it has been fantastic. We had a fantastic front-loader Maytag washer for the past 20 years and it had served us well, but after taking a look at the newer units, we were less than impressed. After doing some research, we found this washer to me the best designed, the most modern, with at least a warranty on the digital motor, and it has been fantastic so far. Favourite feature so far is using the AI Optiwash feature, which has done a great job a gauging the different kinds of fabrics and materials that I regularly wash, and the auto detergent dispenser.

The clothes are washed super well, the ai optiwash feature is amazing, removes the toughest of the stains and is very sturdy. The design of the machine so super sleek and crisp elevates your laundry room . And the most amazing is the smart features from which I can now control my washing loads away from home save so much time .

It has so many wash options to choose from for all the types of fabrics we could ever own. The controls and screen are very sleek and modern. The buttons are not physical, like on a smartphone, and most wash options are available by spinning the control wheel and pressing start. I love that it will send my smartphone notifications when the cycle is done so I don't leave the laundry in too long. The detergent and fabric softener tanks are amazing, I don't have to add detergent for every load now which makes laundry that little less of a hassle. The washer is also very quiet, especially during while in spin mode where our old washer would cause a lot of vibration that could be heard throughout the house. Best of all we just love that its a Samsung appliance because we know it will last a long time and continue to provide a great clothes washing experience for us.

We also recommend looking into Samsung TV’s as the Smart Things app connects all things Samsung. When the washer and dryer cycles are complete we get a notification on our television which is helpful since we live in a three-story townhouse.

I like that it send messages to my phone letting me know when it is done or if there is any problems or issues. The detergent and softener resivor could be a bit larger but works fine. Just load my clothes and walk away. The presets takes care of everything.
