Love the console, but Spiderman is likely the worst game I've played.

I bought this and the PS5 was perfect however I didnt get the game, I messaged them, they offered to help, a week later still didn't get code like promised, so messaged again, after an hour and half, and talking to 9 different people, I was offered $20 to replace the game. I then asked if there was anyone else to talk to or anyother solution cause I'd be loosing a lot of money that way, they put me on hold for another 20 minutes, then they hung up the phone.

See I got a Xbox series X and a ps5 and these are the differences Xbox they got very good performance and optimization compared to this it isn't I love the exclusives like spider man 2 and more. The UI on this is great! I like it so much the controller is also way better in technology it has a built in microphone and just looks modern. If you want a ps5 go get one or if you want a Xbox go get a Xbox they are both amazing consoles and it's hard to choose what to pick.

The PS5 slim has been a welcome upgrade from our PS4. We got the Spider-Man bundle and found it to be good value. The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is so realistic. I'm glad they came out with a slim version and fixed a few issues they had with the first editions.
