Unfortunately it doesn’t have great suction power and when you select Max it only works for 10-15 seconds before shutting off. I was disappointed

Now this is the best. Quicker picker Upper! Keeps you from having to bring out the big vacuum. Turn it on Max and Baaaaaaaaaaaaby! You can clean up so quick, especially in those little corners. I wish I had caught the sale in them again and grab a bunch for Xmas gifts. If this goes in sale for 39.98 again, I'm cleaning the shelves. Now, keep it in the corner somewhere and keep it on charge and it's always ready for those quick cleanups. Let me tell you, that fro t door rug where everyone wipe their feet before entering, that can be cleaned up so quick with this powerful little vac. And when you're blow drying your hair in bathroom and hair goes everywhere, use that mighty mouse vac and in 1 minute you're done! Don't sleep on this cute, slim, powerful, little vac! And you're welcome!!!

We purchased this item in Oct 2023. Is used almost daily for small clean ups, as crumbs, small items on floor, counters, and desk, etc. This is not meant to be heavy duty, and must be cleaned as others have mentioned. With a small dog and messy husband, I am so glad we purchased it!!

Stopped taking a charge after one month. Company wants you to contact hem first with warranty issues instead of going to Sams. Did that, Company responded quickly, made promises, but failed to ever deliver a replacement. I do not recommend this product or company.

I have had this vacuum for 6 months now and use it daily. I have to clean/wash/ dry the filter about once a month or it stops working but the maintenance is easy. After 6 washes the filter is starting to wear a bit. I contacted customer service and they were the best customer service I have interacted with in a long time. They got me set up with a new filter very quickly. This vacuum was on sale for $40 around mid-October 2023. It replaces my dustpan for 95% of what I would use a dust pan on and my allergies don't get triggered like when using a dustpan. I still need a dustpan for broken glass and metal items though and a dustpan can't get to vertical areas whereas this vacuum is small enough for dusting. For washing, I tap the filter while dry into the outside garbage bin, spray with dawn power wash, scrub lightly with a soft cleaning toothbrush, rinse and let dry completely.

Loved this vacuum after the initial purchase. It's lightweight. The price was great! I actually ordered a second as a Christmas gift. However, after 2 months of use, it no longer will run on higher speed/suction. It turns off 10 seconds after pushing button. It will still work at normal power however I don't feel like it's powerful enough. I'm disappointed 😞

I purchased 2, one for my parents and one for myself and both stopped recharging at about the one month mark. Both only used for light household work. We tried everything the manual suggested and nothing worked. As previous customer stated, the manufacturing company told me to return them to Sam's Club and Sam’s Club refused to take them back because we had disposed of the boxes and told me to return them to the manufacturer. Bottom line is that I ordered from Sam's Club, Sam's Club received my payment and we received faulty equipment that is not returnable to either Sam's Club or the manufacturer.

I wanted to love ,bought 2 for the cordless lightweight ease of use. Too bad its a pretty piece of junk ! Cant suck debris off log counter , carpet floor or especially my car mats. Great concept terrible follow through. Hate and wish never bought. Sams should give money back for this epic fail.

This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. The little flap on the inside falls off inside the canister and the dust falls out. When you can get it to pick up dirt, it spits it back out on the floor as if nothing holds the dust inside. The rubber gasket falls out of place too. The charger only works sometimes. I bought two of these. They both did the same thing! It is trash! What a shame because it is cute! Flawed and not worth $15!

So far I like it. The weight is good and it is fairly manuverable.
