I picked this product because of its high weight rating (we get snow), and its beautiful style, and it's good price compared to the competition. The best part I found out after the freight company damaged some of the product during delivery and I got to work with customer service. The rep I got was Mae Donovan and she was outstanding! Very friendly, very helpful and very fast. It only took 2 minutes for her to pull me up in her system and tell me she could exchange any parts no problem, no questions asked. It could not have been easier. She sent me an email so I could add part numbers and send it back. The new parts were immediately ordered for me and shipped quickly.

Despite shipping delays this is a great gazebo. We did the installation ourselves if your handy and have the correct rooms it isn't so bad follow the instructions that were very clear and you will be fine however it did take me and my husband about 4 days to complete we worked on it a little at a time. The roof most definitely needs 3 to 4 people. But once it was done I'm completely satisfied with it tons of compliments also the power port is a well added bonus.

Overall very good kit. I’m an above-average handyman w construction experience. Having the right tools such as good drill, impact drill, extra construction clamps and hammer drill for concrete is important. Three strong people for roof install is a must. Not just for lifting but also moving the roof around to get it all square and booting together. We had some big gaps between roof panels that required moving panels and clamping hard. BILT app and paper instructions are very good. Blue plastic covering on sheet metal is a bear. That took an hour or more all-in peeling off the plastic as it tore in small pieces. There must be a better way to protect the metal. I’m a little concerned about the “corrosion resistant” metal. Saw some evidence of rust already and the panels get scratched a little during assembly. Plan to get brown touch up paint to cover scratches but hope the roof holds up for more than year or two! The pavilion looks great and seems sturdy. Overall I’m very pleased.

I bought this as a 50th Anniversary present to us. It was a Very Rough Year for my husband and I. I was diagnosed with breast cancer end of August and before I could plan my recovery, my husband and I got Covid and the day after Thanksgiving he had a stroke. There went my Caregiver! After 12rounds of Chemo and 20 rounds of radiation and 17 infusions which ended exactly one year our children put this beautiful Gazebo together for us before we headed down to Florida for the winter. We haven’t had a chance to enjoy it yet but hope to do so starting this Spring. The kids had a few issues on the metal top but it all worked out.

Very nice product, but do yourself three favors. 1) Download the BILT app. This helps clear up any doubts you have about how things go together. You still have to pay attention to the details of the instructions! 2) Don't get in a hurry. Make sure you take the time to make sure the parts are properly aligned before tightening things down. This will aid in proper fit in subsequent steps. 3) Have plenty of room to lay out the six cartons that this unit comes in. I was killing myself trying to make sub-assemblies in one side of my garage and digging through boxes while it poured down rain outside. Also, it's really nice to have help. It DOES TAKE THREE PEOPLE to install the roof panels. After some struggles, still Very happy with this piece.

Although we had to hire a company to put it together because it was too complicated for the two of us, we would purchase it again,.

The addition of this gazebo has created a nice outdoor living space on our deck. The deck was way too open and hot prior to adding this. It provides shade and keeps out outdoor furniture dry. It is also sturdy enough to hadle 2 feet of heavy wet snow in MA. I hang a hammock chair from the perimeter beams and added some outdoor curtains to manage the sunshine. My only complaint is that the perimeter roof trim installs over the roof panels which prevents snow from sliding off and directing water runoff onto the wood. This detail could be better. Assembly is time consuming, but the instructions are good and hardware is high quality.

Let me start off by saying the Gazebo looks amazing and is very sturdy. I used both paper and the app directions while putting this together and I thought they were very clear and easy to follow. A big lesson learned was to set every little baggie of screws, bolts and washers in a way that makes them easy to find. Do the same with the boards. That is the most time consuming part. Finding which board, screws and washers go together can be super difficult if you aren’t organized. Now for the bad: my set came warped. I haven’t seen wood this warped before. Having to ask for them to send me replacement boards cost me DAYS putting this together. Luckily they have great customer service. It was a major frustration of this project. Some of my roof panels didn’t seem to line up even though they were square. This was do to warped boards not aligning with the purlins. I’m happy with the end result… once i get my new ridge cap because i had a bent one…

Pretty easy to assemble. Definitely need 2 strong backs and 1 helping hand to set the roof pieces into place. Download the BILT APP and that will help tremendously. Read the directions and watch the App video, multiple times to get familiar. Put everything together exactly in the order in the directions. I accidentally skipped a step and had to go back and start over. Put this together by myself other than hiring the 2 strong backs to help put roof on. 2 THUMBS UP
