[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a couple of months ago and it is perfect for our space! We hung lights inside it and it is our favorite place to be at night. We also love it for the shade it provides during the day. We assembled it ourselves and had the help of our neighbors when putting on the roof and it wasn't terrible. We couldn't be happier with how it turned out! I did a lot of research and ended up deciding on this one and I am so glad I did. We get a lot of rain and snow it and it is very sturdy and high quality. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this Gazebo for our very small backyard and it instantly become a focal point. Since placing in our backyard, we have spent so many days and evenings enjoying its shade and cover. We now enjoy rainy days!

Very excellent build. The instructions were very well laid out. There were only a couple of times that I had to really had to scratch my head to figure it out. Most of the build I performed by myself until I could get help to put large sections together. The pre drilled holes were laid out very well. The only exception was that the purlins like the T02 on the top of the left and right roof panels had the holes set up on the center of rafter which puts the screw right into the bolt for the rafter. I appreciate the protection on the metal roof panels but if I never see another piece of blue plastic it will be too soon!

I just finished assembling this gazebo last weekend. I agree with the other points people have said in these reviews. The 10hr assembly is definitely not realistic unless you have two people experienced with this particular gazebo. I'm 53yrs and it took me 22hrs.. Plus another 6hrs combined from another person who helped me the 1st day and 2 more for about an hour to get the roof panels in place. Biggest advice... Pick the bilt app Or the written directions (they are slightly different) and follow it carefully! Once the roof panels are in place and secured by the 1st bolts it's easy to get ahead of yourself seeing what comes next and not look closely at directions. I was missing one piece from one of the 10ft "A" frame pieces (which backyard discovery shipped me 2day express with no problem or hassle) So we put up the other 3 roof panels and secured them. When we finally put 4th and final roof panel in to place I ended up having to loosen almost all the bolts to the other panels and nudge over panels to get all the holes to align... The manuals clearly say do not tighten until they are all in place and bolts started. So again.. It's easy to get ahead of yourself, don't skip something thinking you can come back to it, it's in that order for a reason. Also.. Pay attention to when you have to drill pilot holes! The pieces come with probably 95% of the pilot holes already there for you, but then the instructions will say fasten such and such drilling a pilot hole.. And if you read over it quickly you can think the pilot hole is already there.. Happened to me and wood started to split so backed out thinking I was using wrong screw,... Looked at instructions more carefully, and was like oh... I was supposed to drill pilot hole. Other than that it was pretty straight forward, a couple of the wooden roof cross pieces were warped making holes kind of a pain to align but nothing too bad. I definitely recommend taking the 2-3 hrs before you start and unboxing everything and sorting it, put bags of screws /bolts and washers in numerical order so they're easy to find, and be careful tearing open the bags, don't destroy the markings on the bag identifying what part# they are.. Some washers you'll use a lot of.. Then come back to them hours later and need more of the same part #. Raising the roof panels instead of putting a person on ladder in the middle we had person stand on ground, they used a 2x4 about 6 feet long as a pole to help guide peak of roof panel in place under roof cap, just had to remind them don't put 2x4 against sheet metal roof... Keep it on one of the cross wood frame pieces, it worked well. Bolted all together and tightened down its a very strong structure. It should last a long time and withstand the changes in weather here in Wisconsin and occasional heavy snowfalls.

We bought this about 5-6 months ago and it is still working great. I recently coated the legs with a urethane varnish to help protect from the sun, there was some slight fading. The legs are really the only parts in the sun alot. Overall I am happy with the purchase. I would like to see a well made adapter to mount a ceiling fan so I dont have to imagineer one.

This is an extremely well engineered item. I was contemplating building a gazebo from blueprints but I opted to get the Cordova. I was expecting to sacrifice some quality for the reduced amount of time that I would have to spend assembling and constructing it. What a surprise! The quality of this unit far exceeds my expectations. It is really a fantastic unit and worth every penny.

Our Barrington 16x12 gazebo went up two weeks ago and WOW! We love sitting under our gazebo and chatting with friends and neighbors. It's the natural go to place now and everyone loves it. It looks great and is the best yard addition we've made in years!

A lot of help, sometimes is hard to zoom in the actual part of the item that you need to take a look even closer, I found a mistake on one of the last steps, they missed called a piece of wood, I was able to find the right piece thanks to the paper instructions that came with the gazebo, but overall it would save you time thanks to the clear 3D instructions.

We bought it in September to allow us to add shade or protection to extend the usage of our new patio for the fall and the future seasons. We added roll down shades and curtains which allowed our furniture to be protected from an Idaho Winter. It also allowed us to heat with a patio heater which made it easier for us to dry off after getting out of our hot tub without tracking water into the house. I used this gazebo to enjoy the football season on the patio in the comfort of the enclosed gazebo. We are looking forward to barbecue season that is right around the corner.

Have had for over two months now, and it survived Hurricane Milton. Very sturdy and well made with high quality cedar wood. The shipment was perfect and no well packed box was too heavy. The Backyard arraigned installer did an excellent job in building it over a two day period.
