I needed replacement parts on 2 items. I spoke with Payton and she asked what I needed and where to send them. How great that is where I was not challenged on what happened. It is rare today to talk to da friendly and helpful customer service agent who I'm sure is reflecting the attitude of the entire company. I would highly recommend products from Backyard Discovery.

It is so well built, sturdy and it totally transformed the look of my deck and backyard. There is enough space for a table seating 8 underneath and still room to walk around. I chose it because compared to every other brand, the build quality and ratings for wind and snow were better. Plus it looks beautiful! You can't build one this good, this safe, and looks this nice on your own for the price. I added some fans with remotes up inside and some lights around the edge. I get nothing but compliments on it. So glad I chose Backyard Discovery brand. Highly recommend.

We had several hiccups to include an uncooperative delivery company and a gentleman that was supposed to put it all together and realized that it was too much for him and his helper so he lied and said we didn't have all the parts. Nadege was an AMAZING help getting all of it straightened out! This is an great gazebo and the favorite part of our backyard!

The use of the precision pre-drilled components streamlined the installation process as well. We chose the Barrington 20x12 Gazebo after searching for several months for just right Gazebo. We can proudly say that the THIS exceeded our expectations in every way, providing us with a magnificent sanctuary to cherish the beauty of our butterfly garden and honor the memory of a beloved family member that passed on Christmas day 2022. Its exceptional design, durability, and ability to evoke a sense of peace and comfort make it an invaluable addition to our backyard oasis. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gazebo is used as an extension of our Florida home. It gives us plenty of room to be outdoors even in the brightest days. I had it screened in to keep the mosquitoes out and we use it almost every day. If you are putting this unit together, separate all of the parts and put them in order. It seems a little overwhelming but systematically it works. One mistake we made was to put the roof on by section. Do not do this. The whole roof needs to be set upon the frame for easiest installation. I wish we had taken a video of us two senior citizens putting this together in the Florida summer. He's 74 and I am 66, if we can do it so can you. Our son in law adjusted the roof mistake. And it does not leak or move even in the heaviest coastal winds. In the winter I will be enclosing it and using it for a green house.

My wife and I with some assistance from the grandson were able to assemble this in one weekend. The instructions were very straightforward and components were mostly manageable from and assembly and with perspective. Yep we utilized the grandsons strength and height to get the roof assembled and in position. All within our expectations and abilities. It adds some beauty to an already beautiful view.

Bought this 2 month's ago. Looks well built and the instructions are decent. The ap with 3d helps alot. The only things that would help are better markings on hardware bags(not black). And the boards that are have holes that should down to be labeled as lower/upper.

It is nice looking and sturdy. The color of the wood is slightly lighter than pictured. There’s also a ton of imperfections on the wood and for how much I spent, it is a bit bothersome. Overall, it’s a high quality product. I really liked the option to pay extra for installation. The guys did a good job setting it up overall, though it did prevent us from noticing the imperfections prior to setting it up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought it this spring. Assembled by myself in approx 14-16hrs. Very good quality, great assembly instructions. This gazebo has very high wind resistance, up to 100mph. In my area we have high winds and this is was very important to me.

I will add I do have good construction/ wood working skills. I was able to get help of one or two people as needed. We are proud of the results and many of my neighbors are also impressed. We would strongly recommend this product.
