[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The kit was complete and had extra parts for the hardware and fasteners. The Directions were in two languages, the important one for me being "English"! It took three men to perform the roof install as you needed to be about %' 10" or taller. I am a semi professional modeler and am used to hard to follow Building directions...these we hard to follow. Study the pictures very closely, every little detail tells a story of assembly. It helps if more than one person look at the directions. But we figured it out! The attached picture shows the final outta the box Gazebo! I put Clear Large Christmas Lights around the inside roof edge for subdued night lighting and it looks great! Am going to buy for set of "magnetic screening" panels that can be let down or tied back to control breeze and some direct sunlight as well as bugs. I recommend a good buy. If the directions were more clear it woulda been a "Five Star" product!

I was impressed that all the pieces were marked and the directions were easy to follow. I would buy other products form Backyard Discovery.

And best of all it came with easy to follow instructions and every pre drilled hole was exactly where it was supposed to be and add to that every screw bolt nut etc was there. We love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I assembled this gazebo myself. It took me about 5 days to do it. Everything was included and the instructions were very clear. It is as beautiful in real life as it looks in the pictures. I would buy this again if I had an application for it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We installed our gazebo with the help of 8 family members. We took our time but got done in about 4 days. Installation took a lot longer than we expected. Instructions were so so and we did use the app BILT with step by step walk through which helped us in some situations. Installing the roof panels was definitely the hardest and definitely needed some extra helpers at that time. We are definitely very happy with the Gazebo and have spent many hours enjoying family time under it and look forward to many years to come.

Went to Sams club saw this and new it would be perfect for our new pool we were installing. It was sold out when we went online to buy but as soon as it was available they sent me an email and we bought it immediately. Glad we did because the next day it was out of stock again. My husband and a I put the roof together in our garage. It took about 8 hours. He was able to do the base himself. Roof took 3 men and my 2 11 year olds to put on. It is very heavy. Great sturdiness once it is all up and we love it.

This piece is beautiful but took a long time to assemble. The instructions could have been a little more helpful instead of minimal pictures. Overall it was a good experience putting it together with my family in town! It’s something we will cherish.

It took my wife and I 5 weeks to assemble, but we worked on it a leisurely pace. It's a good bit of work to put together but it came out really nice. Power tools are HIGHLY recommended, and you have to use your common sense as the instructions are a little fuzzy in certain steps. But overall a good experience and the end product is great/

Let me start off by saying the Gazebo looks amazing and is very sturdy. I used both paper and the app directions while putting this together and I thought they were very clear and easy to follow. A big lesson learned was to set every little baggie of screws, bolts and washers in a way that makes them easy to find. Do the same with the boards. That is the most time consuming part. Finding which board, screws and washers go together can be super difficult if you aren’t organized. Now for the bad: my set came warped. I haven’t seen wood this warped before. Having to ask for them to send me replacement boards cost me DAYS putting this together. Luckily they have great customer service. It was a major frustration of this project. Some of my roof panels didn’t seem to line up even though they were square. This was do to warped boards not aligning with the purlins. I’m happy with the end result… once i get my new ridge cap because i had a bent one…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased our Cordova in anticipation of our “coming home” celebration this summer. We couldn’t have been more pleased! Not only is it a magnificent structure, it totally beautified our yard. Our family, and neighbors, were truly impressed. Our son loved it so much he purchased one for his back yard when he returned home to Indianapolis. Watching the workers assemble it was pure entertainment to my husband and me. It was like watching two artist at work and they were so friendly and professional. It’s a good feeling to know you actually got a lot more than you paid for. Looking forward to many more family gatherings and beautiful mornings just setting there watching the birds and having our morning coffee.
