I bought this on March 17th and paid an extra $800 for installation. It is yet to be installed. Excuse after excuse. Lack of communication. Sam's will no longer have my business. They take your money for the install and wash their hands of it. They sub the work out to a larger company who in turn subs it out again to individual companies. Do not pay for the installation. Have someone else do it. Also, they will just drop it in the drive way while it is pouring down the rain. I reached out to the carrier to discuss delivery date and they agreed on a certain date so we were on a cruise. Was dumped on the drive way and the boxes were soaked.

This made installation of our pergola the easiest thing I've done with instructions.

Looks great, took about 2 days to put together. Very happy with it so far.

Absolutely love our gazebo.

Excellent work!! The best contractors. Good quality

Excellent instructions. 2 day build. Loved the additional tools included with kit

Product assembled easily. Well made. I did have one missing part but customer service was fantastic and shipping the part right away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Read the instructions and don’t cut any of the metal roof panels.

Great product, excellent design, good instructions. Was able to complete gazebo with help of two others spanning a complete day.

We purchased our second backyard discovery product. They have excellent customer service , I wouldn’t purchase from any other company
