[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The packaging for this product was very easy to open. The instructions were directly on the box. I prepared this product with pasta. This was a delicious topping to go with the pasta. The taste was authentic and I really enjoyed this product.

I cooked onions, juilienned carrots, sliced mushrooms, then added frozen meatballs and let that cook for a bit. I added meatballs from another bag so there would be enough for the meal. Lastly added the gravy and served over rice, topped with chopped parsley. Egg noodles would work too. The taste was good. Took off one star for having to add ingredients to stretch it for a family meal. Took off one star for the price, about a pound of meatballs, so we are paying about half for the gravy, which is high.

I was so excited to see Sam's Club offering an entree I had never seen in Sam's before that I bought 3 packages. Today, I cooked up the first. Meatballs: OK but nothing to write home about and waaaay too salty, as is the case with most prepared foods (which should be illegal for health reasons). Sauce: I did not like it at all. I thought it had a bitter taste, kind of like soy sauce. Maybe the cook put too much Worchestershire sauce in it. Or maybe it was spoiled due to inadequate refrigeration. Or maybe I just don't like the recipe. I don't know. All I know is that I love Swedish meatballs -- but these were quite disappointing. The only reason I am giving them 3, not 2 stars, is because I want to commend Sam's Club/Member's Mark for working on expanding their selection of prepared foods. People in this day and age need all the help they can get to put a tasty meal and reasonably healthy meal on the table. I just wish the results in this case were better, but maybe with some additional tweaking, the recipe can be improved. Thanks for listening.

Did not care for the taste of the gravy. The meatballs were fine.

Would buy it again. We served it with rice but may do egg noodles next time. Very tasty.

The packaging ensured that the freshness of the ingredients remained intact. The instructions for cooking were easy to follow. They were a great addition to my meal list, and they were loved my even the pickiest kid in my home.

The sauce on the side was good as well maybe a little too heavy for my preference.but overall good! I just feel like you don't get much for your money. I thought I was going to have two bags and it was only one and separate pack of the sauce.

I wanted to try these because only 3 boxes remained on the shelf and i thought they would be so good since sams had a small inventory, but nope!!! These are soo fake!! They have alot of grissle in them and tase like wet cardboard. Ewww... i even made my own swedish meatball sauce that i make from scratch becuse the sause they came with looked sus... Never again!!!
