It definitely contains oats, questionable whether it contains pumpkin %26 flax seeds. I've seen maybe 3 pumpkin seeds and zero flax.

This is so good. I wish I could sit and eat the whole bag, but I bought it to go on my Greek yogurt and fruit. Other reviews mentioned the high sugar, but it is lower than many of the other granolas & it is 10 gms for 3/4 cup. So, only 3.33gms for my 1/4 cup. It stayed crunchy in my yogurt, too.

Taste old/ rancid

This is a great buy, and it is my favorite granola with just enough added to it. Im very happy this is available at sams club.
