It does what it says. I see bad reviews. But it worked for me. I took it for over all health. Not just the bedroom. But if that's what you're looking for. Get it.

This product will make a difference on T levels, stamina,S drive in men, i have used this brand for about a year now and it works. Its not a overnight difference but give it some time , few weeks to a month, it helps with many things especially in older men.

The product shilajit is to help with prostate problems. I have not taken it for any length of time to see if it works properly.
