This is the third Dutch oven I've purchased as an adult because I give them away to family members who didn't have one. I am SO pleasantly surprised at how well this one performs! First I want to point out the handles, which are SO much easier to grip than the shorter, thicker handles of the other brands -- no fears of slipping from my hot-mitted hands. Second, I love that the handle on this top is oven-proof so I don't need to remove it when I use it in the oven. Third, and most surprisingly, the interior of this pot DOES NOT STAIN and does not hang onto foods. It's not nonstick, of course, but I was dreading scrubbing it up after I made an awesome pot roast -- donned the rubber gloves, got out the scrub, psyched myself up, planned a reward afterwards -- and everything just came right off with the first swipe. Not the second or third or fiftieth, but the first swipe. Also, the cream colored interior didn't pick up the coloring from the tomato paste I used, which I can't say about my other Dutch ovens. LOVE IT.

Is it me but has anyone ever seen the pink or lavender in stock (Fall/Winter 2021)? I've been checking for weeks. I've seen all the colors stocked online except for those two. If you are short on time, you can also buy these in store, although the site says they don't sell them. The colors available in club is very limited compared to online and have the traditional knobs (not gold). About 3-4 colors such as blue, red, etc... So far, I've purchase 3 online (1 Blue and 2 Linen/Gold). No need to worry about gift spoilers or this being shipped in it's original box arriving ugly, dirty, damaged with shipping labels stuck all over it. I hate when companies cut corners and expose the contents for the world see. Especially if you were planning it as a gift. They arrived in PRISTINE condition and looked like they just came off the shelf. They sent each individually, inside another box with plenty of packaging material.

When I say I love this piece, I mean I freaking love it. It really is great, and I would give it 10⭐️ if it didn't chip so dang easily. It's so disappointing because it's beautiful, looks way higher end than $40, but the coated enamel, no matter how careful I am with it, it keeps chipping off. I bought this as a Christmas present to myself and I've used it probably 10 times since (6 months). Literally every time I do, it gets a new chip somewhere, some are barely noticeable, but some are much bigger. I keep wanting to buy another, but then I remind myself how bad it chips and I just haven't pulled the trigger yet. Overall, I'd rather have it and have it chipping than not have it at all, but dangit, I wish it didn't chip because it's oh so beautiful

Great dutch oven used today. Didn't season because it didn't say to. Love the way it cooked my ham.
