Just emptied our second 20lb bag of this seed. It has a nice mix of different seeds and peanut chunks, which attracts a variety of birds - at my house, the birds drain two feeders, ~2 pounds per day. There is a round beige colored seed, the size of a BB, that the birds don't care for. I would give this product a higher rating if it weren't for the amount of filler sand that comes with it. It is in sufficient volume that it is obviously filler and, quite annoyingly, the filler sand clogs the feeder trays such that I must clean them too frequently. If the filler sand were removed from the product, I would give it 5 stars.

Birds love it!

Worst bird seed mixture ever! The birds on our property kicked most of it out onto the ground. They did not like the large black sunflower seeds and kicked them onto the ground, making a huge mound under the bird feeder. It was pitiful. Won't ever buy this junk again!

I’ve tried many different birdseeds and this really draws in a lot of birds. They love it and I easily go through a 40 bag a week in the summer with just one feeder. But for the past several months it has been unavailable in any Sam’s club within 100 miles of me... so I have to order it on line and pay for shipping. I sure do wish they’d get it back in Pittsburgh stores again.

As a bird feeding Audobon member I joined Sam's Club solely to get their Member's Supreme Blend bird food. Other stores selling 40lb bags of bird seed lead off their ingrdient list with one of more of these 'filler' items you'll soon find littering the ground beneath your feeder: Milo; Wheat; Oats! Ehhh ... Member's Mark does not include these cheap and largely ignored seed additives to achieve their 40lb sale weight. Bird feed is expensive - give us bird lovers the bang we need for out bucks!. Sam's birdseed ingredients meet the threshold where quality seed matches the cost!

I've been a loyal customer of this product for several years. However, the last three bags I've purchased over the last 2-3 months must have something wrong in, or with, the mix. In the past, the birds would wipe out my large feeder full of the seed within 3 days or less. The most recent 3 bags I've purchased aren't even being touched by the birds. I would like a refund for the last bag and a half left (40 lb. bags). I'm retired and on a budget and I love our birds. Please respond.

I have purchased this item before but this time it came with almost every sunflower seed emptied by a pest of some sort. Tiny hole in each hull and the nut completely gone. Not even the squirrels are interested. Unfortunately, had to request a refund.
