Convenience at a good price. Location: Southeastern USA Our backyard wild birds love this blend...with the exception that "our" birds really don't care for the small round seeds in the mix - it just gets wasted onto the ground. That's the reason for 4 instead of 5 Stars.

I love the high content of sunflower seeds in this blend since they seem to be most popular in my feeder. The peanuts and raisins are also a nice touch. It's a little pricy for me to use year round, but I like to treat my little feeders in the winter.

Great price. But mostly sunflower seeds. Needs more millet and other smaller seed to give all the birds coming by my "restaurant" to be attracted. I have to supplement this bag with other seed to solve that problem. So it makes it less attractive for me. If you only get blue jays and doves or pigeons this would be great. But the finches, titmouse and wrentits will be bummed.

This is a high quality bird seed at an unbeatable price. I have used this bird seed for several years and have yet to find a comparable seed. It is a nice mix that attracts a variety of songbirds and wild birds. There is very little waste as the ground feeders clean up what falls to the ground. I am disappointed it is no longer carried in our area stores. It must be ordered online. The shipping charge for this 40 lb. bag is high, however if you are a Plus Member it is free shipping. I became a Plus Member just so I could get my seed. You will not find a better seed at this price.

This is a superb quality bird seed product. It is loaded with the very best of seeds and attracts a wonderful variety of birds. I've seen Bluejays, Cardinals, Gold and Purple Finches, Red-winged blackbirds, Sparrows and others. Little waste, and no dust, either! I highly recommend it!

this is great for the birds. there is alot of sunflower seeds tht is needed in cold weather. i prefer this to other choice. the other is heavier and cheaper- but this one is sthe best for the birds. it is getting too heavy for me to lift, so i was able to have it sent to the house. i have about 8 feeders in the yard and by the end of the day, most are empty. as the birds love it so much.

This is the best bird food. It's a great mix of seed including a lot of black sunflower seeds which the birds love. It does not include a lot of filler seed like some other brands. You can't beat the price and if you're a Sam's Club Plus member they will ship it to you for free.

Seed blend is OK the birds eat it up. There may be no seed fillers but, the bags contain a lot of stems and other similar plant material in addition to the seeds. Have considered pulling the fillers out of a bag to determine how much is in it but, haven't done it.
