Best value for bird seed

Lots of millet.

This mix is very heavy on black sunflower seed. That may be a plus for many people, but for my selection of birds, I need a better variety of seeds - especially white millet. At least this mix is low on milo - which is a good thing for me since I have yet to figure out what types of birds will even eat milo.

Price for this bird food has gone up by approx. 40% but it's still the best for the money. Lots of black sun flower seeds and the small white millet seeds that all birds love. No milo seeds, the large yellowish kind, that just about all the other brand use as fillers...most birds won't touch the milo seeds.

I was all excited to put my feeders back after the call to take them all down becuase of Audobon's request. I thought this blend sounded amazing. It is taking the brids a while to warm up to it. I have two feeders which I usually have to fill every other day. It has been a week and they just need filled.

I have purchased this product for years at Sam's Club. I was disappointed to note a substantial decline in quality of the product the last 2 times I purchased several bags. It is now almost totally sunflower seeds without adequate amounts of birdseed.

Feeding the birds year round is both enjoyable, and, can get expensive. I'm always looking for a sale or great price on good quality bird seed. Found this blend at Sam's Club and the price was certainly a good one considering the quantity. The blend also seemed to be of higher quality too. I've been using this as my primary feed (also put out suet cakes and occasionally peanuts in the shell) and the birds enjoy it. Will continue to buy as long as it's available!

Excellent blend. Draws all kinds of birds including turkeys and pigeons who eat what falls from the bird feeder to the ground. Always an interesting sight! The quality of the Supreme Blend seed is easy to see compared to my previous supermarket purchases.

After buying wild bird feed at several different places ,I have to say this is one Members Mark product that measures up to my expectations. There is MUCH less fillers that birds just fling out of the feeder. My only demerit would be that my local store picks the season(fall/winter) that it is needed most to take it out of stock necessitating ordering it on line

Despite suggestions by specialty shops that buying "fresh" bird seed every few weeks is better, I have been using this wild bird seed mix for years with huge success and no issues with freshness or seed that had gone bad. I have cardinals, wrens, chickadees, flickers, red bellied and downy woodpeckers, finches, blue birds, cow birds, thrushes, titmice which are a joy to watch and all of them clearly like the bird seed.
