Definitely cinnamon.

Not my favorite flavor.  If you mix it with a chocolate, it's better.

Great flavors to choose from. My favorite is the Cafè Latte. Contains very little sugar.

Great low carb protein shakes

An artificial flavor that leaves an after taste.  The only other Premier Protein product available was Salted Caramel Popcorn flavor.  I don't know why Sam's doesn't carry the regular flavors like chocolate, vanilla, or caramel.  I did notice they had a huge display of Members Mark Chocolate but at $20 plus a case I didn't want to give it a try.  I'll shop elsewhere for the product in the future.

Not For Me

Love these protein shakes I'm a diabetic and I never get hungry so I use these as my meal throughout the day it helps me keep my sugar from getting to low and it has also helped me lower my bad cholesterol which is genetic in my family love the cinnamon flavor. 7
