I've never bought a pillow that loses it's puffiness after one use. The air in it is the only thing that keeps it semi comfortable and it pushes out when you lay on it. Then it is too firm and flat. It hurts my head. It being bigger makes it worse too. They don't fill the pillow. I wouldn't suggest these to anyone. Unfortunately I bought two 2-packs and reading other reviews you can't return for your money. Only another pillow. I would much rather buy a cheaper one somewhere else.

I’ve purchased this pillow several times in the past, it was one of my favorites, but I returned my last order. This is not the same pillow that it used to be, it’s so flat you can fold it over and has a very strong chemical odor. I can’t imagine anyone would want this pillow. I expect much better quality control from Member’s Mark:

Review after 1 month of use- These are most comfortable and fluffiest pillows I have ever seen. My husband and I love them! We usually sleep with 2 pillows each but since these are so big we can’t. I love them so much that I’ve told other people about them and they just purchased.

Description doesn’t describe these pillows. I don’t understand why these pillows are called memory foam because the pillows seem to have nothing to do with memory foam. Perhaps the term “cluster” compensates for the pieces of foam that make up the pillow. Unfortunately, I recommend these as a don’t buy.

I've purchased these pillows several times over the years, and these pillows are not as firm as they used to be. You can now squeeze the pillow and touch your fingers together. While rubbing your fingers together, the inside feels like the batting from a cheap, polyester-filled comforter. I don't think I will keep these. Back to the drawing board in my search for a decently firm pillow.

I have been buying these pillows about once year since they became available. I like a firm pillow and these lasted about a year. Last moth I purchased them again and they are already almost flat. There has been a change in the manufacturing process that I don’t think Sam’s is aware of.

I've searched high and low for the right pillows to fit my needs, and finally with this purchase I've found it. I've missed the mark with many other more expensive pillows in the past - memory foam often being too rigid, feather pillows weren't supportive enough, other pillows were over or under stuffed, etc. I spent lots of money and really never found the right fit. I bought these thinking if nothing else I could us them in the decorative pillow shams. I was blown away at how amazing they are.... they're very soft but still supportive & appear to be holding up well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these pillows!!!

The quality of these pillows is so disappointing. As someone who has bought these pillows for years, I can tell you these are nothing like they used to be. I still have some that I purchased years ago and they are NOT the same pillow today. The filling in these is almost nonexistent and your head goes straight down to the mattress with zero support. I am so disappointed in Sam's club for ruining these pillows! It's a shame because I would gladly pay 5 to even 10 dollars more to get the same quality as years past. I actually cut open one pillow and put almost all the stuffing from the one into the other pillow, then sewed it back up to make it equal in fill to previous pillows I purchased.

I was hoping these would be a good replacement for my old pillows, but I was so shocked once I took them out of the plastic and use them how flat they became so quickly. Not sure if I can return these, but I really should try to. Don’t be fooled by how firm they feel in all the plastic wrap.

Bought to pick up curbside and it was like pillows were used so we returned and went in store to pick new ones. Seems like quality has declined because pillows were not as firm as in the past. We have been buying these for years and never had a problem until this time.
