Quality pillow. Pillows are a personal choice and what works for me may not for others. This pillow holds up and does not go flat quickly like others. I need a pillow that supports my head as I am a side sleeper. This is the best pillow I have had in many years.

I don't leave reviews very often. But I had to in case there's anyone out there suffering neck pain like I was for years. I have slept for probably 10 years or more with firm pillows from all kinds of different companies. I can't stand a flat pillow and felt like i needed good head support to help me sleep better. Anyway, It was time to change pillows in my spare bedroom, so I gave these a try. They're inexpensive and I know the Sam's brand is a good name. I figured it would be great for company that stayed overnight. Well, I just so happened to fall asleep in the spare bedroom one night and noticed how my neck didn't hurt as bad as it had been. So I continued to use the pillow and here I am 3 weeks later to tell you, I have zero neck pain! It's a miracle! This happened by accident but I feel like this was meant to be. Thank you to Sam's wholesale Club and the vendor who makes these for them.

I purchased these after sleeping on the standard size at my mothers house. Ordered king size for my bed at home. They arrived as described, were exactly what I had remembered from the stay at my moms house. However, within a month of daily use my king size pillows are now flat. I’m not sure if it’s the king size or my moms guest room doesn’t get daily use, but I’m now disappointed with my purchases of these pillows. Would not recommend for daily use. Great for occasional use though!

These are extremely flat and have no fluff. I bought some of these pillows a few years back and they were wonderful. Have bought more twice since the first pillows I'd bought and both times they were so flat and uncomfortable to the point where I get headaches from them. I'm not going to take anymore chances in these in the future.

We were staying at a hotel that didn't have extra pillows so the first night was aggravating to us old folks with no "support" pillows. We passed by a Wal-Mart on the way to a museum and stopped in to buy a couple of pillows to get us by during our vacation. Turns out they are quite comfy. They have become our main pillows while the older pillows are now our "support" pillows (for shoulders and feet and such).

Bought a set of queen sized pillows that were so fluffy I could barely fit them into the pillow cases for a kids room. I liked them so I purchased a set of king size pillows which were much thinner but they were soft. I had to wash them and did so according to the instructions but they still ended up so lumpy that I had to throw them out and buy a replacement which ended up being flat and much firmer than the other set I had.

I bought this a month ago and I’m so happy that I made this purchase! We went on vacation and the condo had these pillows. I immediately ordered them and had them shipped home and they arrived before we got there. I’m a side and back sleeper and I LOVE them. We’ve bought every pillow we could and these by far are the best!

Go ahead - - Wash and dry this thing following the label instructions. Then tell me it's a 5-star pillow. Not so much. The insides will separate and deform. No amount of shaking, fluffing, pulling or pressing is going to help. You'll either have a dog bone shaped pillow or a sack with all the fill at one end. I returned the first set thinking surely they had a manufacturing defect - - but no. The second set did the exact same thing after a single wash.

I have been buying these pillows about once year since they became available. I like a firm pillow and these lasted about a year. Last moth I purchased them again and they are already almost flat. There has been a change in the manufacturing process that I don’t think Sam’s is aware of.

Comfortable pillows. My mother loved the pillows and bragged that they were the best pillows she ever slept with while von vacation. I searched the pillows and found them at Sams club so I ordered for delivery and my mother was surprised when she opened box on Mother’s Day. She put them on her bed instantly.
