The pillows are great but the staff didn’t pay attention and gave me one king and one queen when I ordered and paid for king. I could not find the recipe and had to just eat the cost. Only bad thing is they can’t be washed or they will destroy

I was in need of new pillows and the thing that caught my eye was they were described as ‘hotel’ pillows. Ive always loved hotel pillows so I ordered them. And wow I was very surprised how comfortable they were! It was a double pack. And they were super soft, yet firm. I actually sleep better and deeper with these pillows. If youre looking for the best pillow, order these!! Best ever!

Comfortable pillows. My mother loved the pillows and bragged that they were the best pillows she ever slept with while von vacation. I searched the pillows and found them at Sams club so I ordered for delivery and my mother was surprised when she opened box on Mother’s Day. She put them on her bed instantly.

Bought a set of queen sized pillows that were so fluffy I could barely fit them into the pillow cases for a kids room. I liked them so I purchased a set of king size pillows which were much thinner but they were soft. I had to wash them and did so according to the instructions but they still ended up so lumpy that I had to throw them out and buy a replacement which ended up being flat and much firmer than the other set I had.

I’ve purchased this pillow several times in the past, it was one of my favorites, but I returned my last order. This is not the same pillow that it used to be, it’s so flat you can fold it over and has a very strong chemical odor. I can’t imagine anyone would want this pillow. Go ahead - - Wash and dry this thing following the label instructions. Then tell me it's a 5-star pillow. Not so much. The insides will separate and deform. No amount of shaking, fluffing, pulling or pressing is going to help. You'll either have a dog bone shaped pillow or a sack with all the fill at one end. I returned the first set thinking surely they had a manufacturing defect - - but no. The second set did the exact same thing after a single wash.

I have used down pillows for years, refusing to go to anything different, but a vacation trip to a home who had these changed everything! I slept so good! No headaches, no neck kink! I was sold! I immediately purchased my own upon coming home and LOVE them! I highly recommend them! I did purchase a zip cover for them as they would hold sweat, and spills in the fabric. Otherwise, you will love them! If not, Sams has a great return policy!

We were staying at a hotel that didn't have extra pillows so the first night was aggravating to us old folks with no "support" pillows. We passed by a Wal-Mart on the way to a museum and stopped in to buy a couple of pillows to get us by during our vacation. Turns out they are quite comfy. They have become our main pillows while the older pillows are now our "support" pillows (for shoulders and feet and such).

I have purchased these pillows several times throughout the years. I recently made another purchase as it was time to update them again. I was suprised when I picked them up in the store as they felt noticeably lighter. Once I arrived home, I changed out my current pillows to the newly purchased ones. When I tell you the weight was significantly different, you literally would have thought I had two different brands in hand. I must say that the new pair was so thin in comparison to previous purchases that I couldn't sleep on them after two nights. I am extremely disappointed with the change and will not purchase anymore in the future unless they go back to the original fullness. Wasted money...

My son came to stay and commented on how comfortable and soft the pillows were. He was leaving the next day and I didn't have time to go to the store and buy him some pillows so I ordered them on line. He was so surprised and happy to get them. He said he is sleeping better.
