Too hard

I bought these pillows 2 months ago and you would think they were 5 years old. They are completely flat in two months. I bought a set my first set of these pillows about two years ago and they are going strong. Still fuffly and full. These new one went flat in two months. I would like a refund.

I bought these pillows a while ago and just put them on my bed 2 weeks ago. They are the worse pillows ever, my husband and I both have severe neck pain and headaches since they were placed on the bed. They have no give, they feel soft when you touch them but they do not work when you sleep in them. I have never had such pain in my neck and shoulders ever

Sadly, this is the second purchase of Members Mark products that I have made in just a few weeks of each other that I have been disappointed with. I have been using these king pillows for years and have bragged on them for being such a quality product at an amazing price. Unfortunately this purchase has seen a DEFINITE DECREASE in quality. I also had the same issue recently with my purchase of MM water hose. It shrank by several feet in length compared to my previous purchases and the decrease in quality was substantial as with the pillows. Come on Sam's, as loyal customers, we deserve better!!!!
