Life Savers

My wife and I feel that these tires combined with the suspension of the vehicle saved our life during a 70mph hard right, then hard left sent us into a spinout and into the medium to a stop. The pc of plywood from a passing flatbed missed our windshield by a few inches. They still have a good tread after 10 years.

The right OEM tire.

Instead of messing up the formula and getting a different kind of tire I went with the same set of tires Jeep installed on my Grand Cherokee at the factory. Rides smoother, handles better especially in the rain. Drove it around some dirt forest roads and no loss of traction or anything. Good tire for the piece. Can't go wrong.

This is a great tire for a SUV with or without 4wd.

These tires came with the 2011 Jeep Liberty. The tires lasted 5 years and 40,000 miles while driving in rain, mud, sand and hot pavement in Florida. We drove this Jeep off and on road and never had a problem with these tires. We liked them so much we bought a second set of 4 tires.

Great tire!

OEM on my Silverado 4 X 4. Have had zero trouble and they have performed admirably. Rotated every 6-7000 miles. No cupping or strange wear pattern. These tires have 54,640 miles and could do a few thousand more miles, but winter is on the way so they will be replaced tomorrow with Wrangler SR-A tires. These are significantly less cost than the ST. Budget constraints. I would recommend these tires (Wrangler ST) for my kind of usage: 90% paved road and streets and freeways 9.5% gravel and dirt roads 0.5% off road and boat ramps

Great value!

I replaced much more expensive (worn out) tires with the Wrangler's recently because I no longer commute 50mi each day for work. The Wrangler's are very quiet even at highway speeds and provide good traction and handling characteristics on wet and dry roads, I have no experience with them in snow or ice. They do not ride as smooth as the more expensive tire I replaced, I expected that when I bought them. I've been very satisfied with similar (Goodyear) tires I've had in the past and these did not disappoint. I expected to give up a little ride comfort for the significant cost savings. Very good tire for the price.

Caused me to buy dedicated snow tires

These tires came on my 2011 4 wheel drive Jeep Liberty. They were fine up until my first snow storm. They are definitely the worst tires I have ever driven in the snow and I have been driving 2wd (fwd and rwd) and 4wd vehicles for the last 45 yrs. Other than that they are fine, relatively quiet, decent handling, acceptable treadwear and Ok in rain.

Very noisy

Had one of these replaced for noise at 18000 miles. Sounded out of round or maybe like a flat spot. Dealer checked for flat spots and out of round and found nothing! I did a process of elimination using spare and found culprit. Now another one is very noisy. If I increase to max air inflation, noise if less severe. Had complete vehicle checked several times for wear, alignment, shocks etc. Everything is good on vehicle. Road use only, never been off road. Only 41000 miles on 2011 Jeep Liberty. I have used many Goodyear tires over my 50 years of driving and have never had any problems till I purchased my Liberty equipped with Wrangler SR-A in size P235/70R16! Very dissatisfied with these tires and would never recommend these to anyone.

Absolutely terrible

Two tires popped at the same time under 10000 miles on my jeep that I purchased brand new I drove all miles except the 14 first that were done but factory. Very very unhappy taking these tires into dealership to have them checked. I did not run over anything other than gravel and the paved road, very little grass was driven in and never in the mud. Very very very unhappy will not ever use goodyear again!!

Worst tires I've ever owned

These tires were brand new 3 years ago. I have had 3 punctured tires in the last year and a half - two last year resulting in one tire being fixed and one tire being replaced, the other puncture was 3 days ago resulting in the tire being fixed. I only have 33,000 miles on my vehicle and I'm told that all tires need to be replaced. Are these possibly the cheapest tires you have ever made?? I know they are the worst tires I've ever owned. Sooo very disappointed in your company.

Don't last over 15,000 miles!

Tires were factory and at service today and they said my tires are almost needing replaced being at 5/32nds. We only have 14687 miles on them and do the regular rotation. Wouldn't recommend the tire due to they don't last!
