This design can be used in formal or casual settings. The plates came very well packaged and are very good quality, they are sturdy, but not too heavy. The set includes eight each of dinner plates, salad plats and cereal bowls.

The dinner plates are big enough to keep food from mixing together and the bowls are average sized. Both are perfect for any meal. They are well crafted and do not feel imbalanced at all. They are heavier than my old set, but we’ve gotten used to them quickly. This set could easily be used for special events but we liked them enough to use them for everyday.

I did not need cups so having 8 big plates, 8 smaller plates, and 8 bowls is perfect. The pieces are heavy duty, but not too heavy. They stack really well in the cupboard and wash off very easily. I absolutely love this set and want to add more to my collection!!
