Set came damaged. Sam’s shipped a new set but lost in their warehouse. Countless calls and weeks went by and no set yet. Not reviewing the product itself since I have not used it but Sams has dropped the ball on this one.

We’ve had this for a few months now and love everything about it. It’s sturdy heavy duty.. we looked at tons 2-3x the price and kept going back to this looking at it in store. SO glad we purchased for our patio, we ended up buying the couches and bar tables too. Can’t beat the price and quality.

I bought this set on April 6 at a Sam's near my daughter's house. I finally was able to bring it home and unpack and set up. I was tearing up the cardboxes for the recycling bin and noticed this message on one of the boxes. I didn't see anything inside any of the four boxes.

Had to return the whole item- Waited for this to come back into stock for awhile, then waited almost a month from when order was placed to receive the dinning set. Lots of reviews say keep an eye out for the tiles but pay attention to the welding job

The set is beautiful but the table top has a dent in the top. We bought it and did not take it out of the box for 2 months while our pool was being finished. But didn’t know how to return it or get in touch with someone to replace. Store was no help since it’s past 30 days and we do not want to return but just replace parts. So disappointed

After getting told it was coming 3 times it finally came and was damaged. Probably the worst experience with an online purchase I’ve ever had.

We bought this set online 3 months ago and had it delivered to our home. The packaging was fine and no damage. Installation was very straight forward, but the top is quite heavy and it took two strong men to carry it from the garage to the deck. The set looks great and is very functional for us. We are very pleased with this patio set. I'm glad a nice cover was included, but we will probably only use it for the winter months/

My wife and I drove two full size trucks 50 miles each way to pick up this set from the warehouse. It comes in 4 HUGE boxes and barely fit in a current model F150 and F250. We unloaded and carried them around to our deck finding the base was absolutely destroyed, mangled, with with metal actually torn. There is zero protection in the packaging. The table top was also crushed on one corner. We called the store, and the manager agreed to swap the damaged pieces with their display model. We then drove another 50 miles and found the display was damaged worse than our first set. We left the damaged pieces and now I have to drive 50 miles each way yet again to return the rest of the set for a refund. The best the manager could offer us was “sorry.” I will have nearly 8 hours of my time, 300 miles driven, and well over $100 of fuel out, and I have nothing to show for it. No need for photos. Ours looked just as mangled as all the others. Sams needs to do something about this product. It clearly is a problem since so many others have had the same issues.

I purchased the Halstead outdoor sofa a couple months ago. I really like it! Very nice and great size. I just received this dining set and it’s been completely destroyed. The legs of chairs are broken, the table has been smashed everywhere! This was supposed to be my Christmas Eve dining table as my kitchen is under construction. You can only sit on two chairs and they have bent legs! I’m so upset…the employees that loaded this had to be trying to destroy this. Now that I’ve read the reviews I can see that it happens all the time. How pathetic. I was on hold for so long and got no answer. This needs to be resolved immediately it all has to go back. Such a waste of some really nice items.

This table set looks amazing and transformed our deck. My husband and sons are all over 6 foot 2 and it’s hard to find furniture that is sturdy enough to hold up to the crazy teens. The chairs are large, sturdy, and comfortable. No cushions to replace every year or wait to dry out after rain. The set was super easy to assemble. I love that it is not bar height because it’s on our deck and I didn’t want the view obstructed from our living room by a tall set. The only issue was that the corner of the table was smashed in and dented. It’s not bad enough that it’s super noticeable so I’m going to see if they’ll offer a replacement table top. Otherwise we will just try ti repair it. Can’t wait to entertain our friends on the deck with this table. It’s a whole vibe and the fire portion can be covered for a dinner party.
