Driver actually brought it into garage which was nice because the boxes, (4), are large and heavy. Made sure to tip him for that. Assembly was very minimal. Basically unpack chairs, table base and top. Will need two people to get the top aligned on base, but after that just four screws and then it’s done! Took more time to unpack and then break the boxes down versus assembly time. Product works well. Fire is nice for cooler nights, table is large enough to entertain six, maybe eight, even when utilizing gas fire feature and chairs are comfortable.

I'm very happy with this dining set for my patio. It's beautiful and the chairs are comfortable. Only drawback is delivery. It comes in 4 large boxes - too big for a pickup. Samsclub.com uses a delivery company that would only leave the boxes at the front of the house. The tabletop is extremely heavy - it took 4 people to pick up and place on the base. Once all set up, we love it!

We love the set and it seems to be top quality. There was some damage to some legs of the chairs but Sams took care of the problem and had new ones shipped to me within a week. Great experience!

When we finally got a set that wasn’t damaged, we were very pleased with it. The chairs are pretty comfortable even though there isn’t a traditional cushion and the table lights up nicely as a fire table. It’s a big set and takes up a lot of space on the patio but there is plenty of room for people to sit around the table. Overall, nice set. I took off one star because of the hassle I had in getting the damaged set replaced. The problem is not with Sam’s Club, who has excellent customer service, but with the freight companies they use. If you are not available when they want to deliver the set, they will not immediately reschedule a day and time. They will call you back “when they are in the area again.” So it can take weeks or longer for you to actually get your item or have a damaged item picked up. Also, the table top is freakishly heavy but I guess that means I don’t have to worry about it going anywhere during a storm.

This set is really beautiful and such a perfect complement to the Halstead seating group we bought a month ago. It's well made, the chairs are surprisingly cushioned, comfortable, nice and large. The table top we received has 2 very small hairline stress cracks in the tile at corners mirroring each other. They are so fine that it's really difficult to get a photo of it. One has a tiny chip up near the fire pit. At the same table corner the tile also does not sit flush into the frame, there is a gap about 1/4-1/8 that runs 9 inches or so down each side. I am trying to get a new top sent out because I really want to keep this set! We love everything else about it. The fire feature gets warm, and it has adjustable flame height. It makes for great atmosphere! Heads up if you buy it, both this table and the matching tile top coffee table for our seating set had a lot of grout residue smeared all over the tile which was a pain to scrub off! Magic erasers and elbow grease finally got it off. Also, the glass pieces that go in the fire pit were full of sand and super dirty. Rinse those off well before you put them in and save yourself the hassle we had (realizing it after the fact and digging them all out after we put them in)!

I bought this set on April 6 at a Sam's near my daughter's house. I finally was able to bring it home and unpack and set up. I was tearing up the cardboxes for the recycling bin and noticed this message on one of the boxes. I didn't see anything inside any of the four boxes.

If you order this set, be prepared for a potential headache. Where to begin.... after seeing the dining set in my local store, we decided to order it online to be delivered. Our delivery was rescheduled 4 times by the freight company at no fault of ours. The first time, based on the size of the truck, the driver was not confident on getting the truck into our driveway. The second time was due to the truck breaking down. The third time, it was loaded on a large truck again despite dispatch being told that the set would need to be loaded on smaller truck after the first delivery attempt. Finally, they were able to deliver the set on the fourth try. If the shipping was free or was a small fee, it wouldn't be that frustrating, however the freight charge was $170. We began to unbox everything that day and discovered the table base was damaged. We promptly called customer service to get a new table base. At this point weeks later from that call, I have no idea when the new base is arriving. I'm assuming when it finally does ship, it will take at least 2 attempts to complete the delivery.

The table was damaged when delivered. It has been three weeks and I cannot get anyone to reply to get a replacement. VERY FRUSTRATING

Rented a truck to pick this 7 piece patio set up in the snow. Weather got nicer two weeks later, and open up the boxes to assemble. 3 chairs had broken welds, fire pit table base had a crushed leg. Called store and talk to the store manger to see if I could swap out parts. He said No… had to rent another truck to return it. Sure would have been easier just to swap the damaged parts. Makes no sense… LOST a long term member and a $2300 sale. Will look somewhere else…

Set came damaged. Sam’s shipped a new set but lost in their warehouse. Countless calls and weeks went by and no set yet. Not reviewing the product itself since I have not used it but Sams has dropped the ball on this one.
