Really pleased with these sheets. Very soft and comfortable. Washed only once so cant speak to long term durability.

The fabric is very soft but tends to retain some lint after washing. I like a sateen feeling and thought the 700 thread count would equate to that.

I love these sheets! Thread count 700 yes! Elastic around all edges make it so easy to put on the bed. 4 pillow cases is just what I want!
