These sheets are very nice. They are also very heavy. Shipping box with 1 set of white queen sheets weighed in at 7lbs 1oz. Sheets washed up well, very few wrinkles & the fitted sheet easily slipped over a deep mattress & has an elastic band all the way around! Yay!! The pillow cases have that extra little inside pocket to neatly fold over your pillow. Thumbs up on that too! Ordered these sheets because I did not want any slick/satiny/bamboo or blended material sheets. Just plain ol’ cotton. Only had sheets on for a week, feels pretty good for 700 tc. Will likely order a different color set next time.

I have purchased this product 4 times before over the last 10 years. When I received the sheets I was so excited. I washed and put on my bed immediately. I was disappointed when I crawled into bed that night. The softness and coolness of the sheets were not there like previous sets of these sheets. I don't know what they did or why they changed them but this is my last purchase of this item. So sad and disappointed!

My family sleeps on these sheets. They fit our thick mattresses and include inside labels to help identify which side is top/bottom for boxy kings. Also, I buy dozens of these sheet sets for my airbnb. People rave about how soft the sheets are. They are also thick and feel luxurious.

The changes they made to the Members Mark Hotel Premier 100% cotton sheets are not good ones. These are MY SHEETS the only brand I buy. The will say the sheets are softer but thinner and the quality is very lacking. The seams are fraying and there are thread wear spots after using and washing one time (king size). The full sheets bought for another bed have brown/tan little stains I didn’t notice until I washed and dried to put on bed for first time. My Daughter bought the queen and she found the staining and the thread wear she admitted when comparing notes. I also bought queen for my mother and mother in law, I am embarrassed to think they are having these problems after I raved about these sheets saying they were the best and only ones to buy. During covid you couldn't buy these sheets was so happy to see they were back . I couldn’t wait to replace my sheets with new but to tell you the truth I am glad I didn’t throw the pre covid away because they are in better shape than the new ones after washing and using once. Bring old ones back. They were less thread count but the quality was 100% better. Also beware of the Hygrocotton is NOT 100% cotton which the less expensive memebers mark sheets are made of. (Not these ones)

The cotton sheets themselves are very nice: soft, comfortable, well-finished, and properly fits a king size mattress. The color looks great so far, although I've only washed twice, so I can't yet speak to long-term color durability. What really affected my experience, however, was the confusion with Scan&Go, the app feature that I always use when I am at Sam's so I am familiar with the process. But, the sheets would not scan in the app as it was marked with a special deal and asked to go through checkout. Since it wasn't clear whether that meant self or cashier checkout, I asked a customer service employee who kindly help me providing the code her employee app gave to her, she instructed me to use the scan & go for the other products to avoid the long checkout lanes, so I did and got the QR after paying. The exit employee stopped me to scan the bed sheets at least three times stating that the code belonged to a scrapbook, which I didn't understand as I saw the bed sheets in my receipt before paying and even counted each product before paying to make sure I was not missing anything. But employee insisted despite me explaining her what happened and that it was included in the receipt and that she only needed to display the receipt details in my app to verify that bed sheets were paid. After checking the details in my app she scanned there more products and then said: 'you still have 9 products in your cart and receipt says 8". I started counting product by product in front of her to prove that there were only 8 products, all of them paid as receipt showed, but she only laughed, pat me in the shoulder, and said, "Oops, my mistake" The sheets are good quality, but the unnecessary hassle and accusatory tone during the exit check made the shopping experience much less enjoyable.

They fit well but I am noticing the sheet fabric is balling up on the entire bottom sheets. I washed them separately and yet the bottom sheet has little balls all over them. I live to far away to bring them back an am disappointed in this happening. I have bought this Hotel collection in the past is why I reordered them again, but something has changed about how they are making them sorry to say.

I buy most of my sheets from Sam’s Club. They’re comfortable, durable and pretty. The day I received these sheets, I took them out of the package and a terrible smell emanated into the room. It actually made me gag. My daughter smelled the odor too. I immediately put them in the washer but after the cycle, they still smelled terrible! I ended up washing them two more times before they smelled good enough to make my bed with. This has never happened to me before.

I gave these as a gift and the quality was spot on. Thick and soft, I loved that there were 4 pillow cases in the set. I do think that they were a little overpriced. I could have found this quality for a better price if I had had the time to shop but I needed them quickly.

Great quality, a bit pricey! Hubby bought thinking the price listed was for the King, well it was for the twin, he didn’t notice the difference during checkout. Initially we thought it was a mistake in their system, it wasn’t, so we decided to keep them.

These sheets are great quality!! I’d certainly would buy them again.
