[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this Cabernet Sauvignon without aerating it (outside of swirling it around in my glass for 5-10 seconds before testing), and am really pleased with the quality. I find it to be very well-balanced - not too dry, not too sweet, and not too acidic. From a more fruit-forward start to a finish with notes of chocolate, this wine maintains a smooth/silky/velvety profile. This is a great bottle to enjoy in the evenings particularly while pairing with red meat, lamb, or an assortment of cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my favourite red wine. It’s fruity, floral, and rich. It tastes great as is, but even works in recipes as well. I’ve used it in a chocolate wine mousse, as well as in a mushroom pasta sauce. So so sooooo good. This is amazing.

This wine had a great velvety front and a very smooth and powerful fruit finish. Flavor is delicious, a bit on the dry side, with lots of plum, blackberry, and chocolate notes & a little tannin on the finish. Really great easy-drinking wine that stands on its own. Definitely excited to get this again!
