This wine had a great velvety front and a very smooth and powerful fruit finish. We both found this to be an easy to drink wine that is great as a stand alone glass or would pair well with red meat dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoyed this Cabernet Sauvignon without aerating it (outside of swirling it around in my glass for 5-10 seconds before testing), and am really pleased with the quality. I find it to be very well-balanced - not too dry, not too sweet, and not too acidic. From a more fruit-forward start to a finish with notes of chocolate, this wine maintains a smooth/silky/velvety profile. This is a great bottle to enjoy in the evenings particularly while pairing with red meat, lamb, or an assortment of cheese.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Columbia Valley Intrinsic First off the label is very memorable something that stands out on the shelf love that the bottle has a little message connecting street art with wine making. The red and grey on the label are very complementary and the street art is gorgeous. Upon first glance the color is a nice purple without being excessively dark. The nose is fragrant with some floral and berry aromas. The wine has tasting notes of cherries and some smoky notes with bitterness on the finish. Overall I like the wine and think it would be great paired with food. I would also love to explore this wine in cocktails like the NY Sour as I think it would be a perfect fit.
