Good tasting, water,

I repeatedly buy this product and I'm very happy with the water. However, recently the bottles have gotten very flimsy. And in addition, the handle at the top has been removed. Without the handle, there is no way to easily carry or dispense this water. Please bring back the handle. It's very difficult to use without. I'm hoping I don't have to go another route. I have included pictures of the current bottle and one that I've had with the handle. I even tried to remove the handle to put it on the other full bottle with no luck. I realize it's saving a few cents at the production level, but it's not worth me struggling every time at this point. Please bring back the handle! I wanted to include photos of current bottle without a handle and a previous bottle with the handle. I get an operational error message when I attempt to load photos

Sam's recently changed the material used to make their gallon water bottles and it is HORRIBLE! They are now produced with flimsy plastic that smash easily (the last case I purchased had all of the lids smashed down because of the weight of other cases on top of it), and the bottles collapse/crumble when you pour the water out. The price savings isn't worth it with this poorly made product. Please change back to the old plastic bottles!

The water is very reasonable but I don’t like the non-typical gallon containers that the manufacturers are using. I like to make tea in the gallon jug that the water used to come in because it has a screw cap and I never need to wash out the tea jug. These bottles are too tall and don’t fit in my refrigerator where I store my tea to keep it cold. I prefer the shorter 1 gallon plastic jugs with a screw cap.

Sam's 6 pk water is always out of stock. The bottle quality/ packaging is horrible. Why can't Sam's carry a national brand like absopure distilled water? Sam's needs help in water department gallons. Can be a waste of a member ship when all you can get is purified but always out of stock.

These gallon bottles are much easier to carry then the 45 16oz bottles package. If I need to I can open the package and carries them one at a time which is much more convenient for me. Also I figured that it's last plastic waste and that makes me feel better too

Overall we like this water, and it's a great price. We do not drink our well water. However the bottles have recently changed. The plastic is thinner and less sturdy. All of the tops of the bottles were smashed down from being stacked. There is also noticeably less water in the bottles.

So convenient and economical. Thank you so much for offering this at our store again. We have a couple of ice makers and they require purified water. I also use them to make lemonade. We go through a gallon a day! This makes it so much easier for me. Thank you!

This water tastes great and the value is good. I've been ordering these for years for my coffee and drinking needs. Unfortunately, I have to knock a star off as the bottles no longer have the convienient carrying/pouring handles on them. It makes them more difficult to handle. I would happily (?) buy resuable handles if they were offered.

Would love to give a 5 star review but unfortunately this is CONSTANTLY out of stock at the Louisville (Jeffersontown) Sam's Club. My membership doesn't feel valuable when you are out of stock on items I need and/or want, such as this water and Starbucks French Roast Coffee in the 2.5 lb ground roast.
